Ok so firstly, NO ONE likes to feel like they’ve been misheard or possibly been delivered the wrong order once they have ARRIVED HOME and opened the items. Especially after a long day and you felt this trip to the DQ was your “treat”! Secondly, NO ONE (that I know) wants to call the establishment regarding the disappointment nor drive back with the items! However, the THIRDLY AND LASTLY of this review is the whole reason for writing it! I have been driving through this particular Dairy Queen for years when we want a treat or light meal or snack. The staff is ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY and the wait times are ALWAYS EFFICIENT! So this particular day, with the long line in the drive through I figured they were swamped and I hated to call, but I ordered blizzards and they were the consistency of a runny shake. Not good. Upon my call to the establishment, not only did the Manager Gwynn (idk the proper spelling) show sincere concern, empathy and compassion towards me and the situation…. she offered to allow me to come back in ANY time for free replacements of both blizzards. Well I immediately drove back and the Manager herself made the blizzards. She came out spoke with me. An amazing, super friendly person! This is what the goodness of life is all about! Good People DOING good through it ALL! Thank you Gwynn and the entire staff! Y’all are all amazing! God bless y’all! I highly recommend Connellsville Street Dairy Queen for all your ice cream or hot food options and employment opportunities as well!!!! They totally ROCK!

My food was hot and fresh, the sundae was good as well. The car in front of me at drive thru didn’t move after getting order. I tried to tell the young lady who waited on me, but she just closed blind on drive thru window. They turned lights out around 957. The car in front of me was talking to an employee who was off the clock. She was rude, when I edge up she rolled her eyes at me.

Very good service! I go to this Dairy Queen quite often and rarely have bad experiences. The food is always good and the employees are always respectful, I would say it’s the best dq I’ve been to. I hope I can remember to come for a breakfast on one of the following weekends.

Told them no bacon on one of the burgers had to come back up because there was bacon on my burger. Then come back up watch them cook my food and the cook/manager didn’t even wear gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves 0/10 experience

We stopped at DQ for blizzards. Their ice cream is always on point. But I do actually like their food as well. I have tried the chicken strips and the bacon cheeseburger. I actually prefer more then McDonald’s.

This place used to be great. In the last several months it’s not been good at all. Every single time I’ve gone through the drive through they’ve gotten something wrong. Ask for no onions and condiments, get them anyway, or get nothing on the burger at all, even cheese. Wrong drink or no drink at all. Today’s order was completely missing 2 fries orders and the rocky road trip blizzard had no peanuts whatsoever. It’s always something, every single time.

I ordered an Moolatte on the app and when I got to the store to pick it up I was told they didn’t have ice cream so they only said to go on the app to request a refund, which I die when I got back to work. They only offered a slushie as a replacement- which was over a dollar less than what I paid. I attempted to get a refund through the app which I ended up emailing the company. As of today I still haven’t heard back and it’s been a week. My coworker had the same problem that day as well.

Just left there I ordered 2 peanut butter cup blizzards large 1 butterfinger blizzard and a banana split blizzard. I received 1 peanut butter cup it didn’t have any candy in it, one butterfinger that had very little candy and the banana split one had chocolate chunks in it. The girl handed it out to me I said there should be 4 she said you ordered 3 then closed the window. I will never come back to Dairy Queen every again very bad customer service and no one listens to people when ordering there food or ice cream

I live 2 minutes from the DQ. Everything we ordered was melting. Our banana split was made with chocolate topping instead of cold fudge because supposedly “ it already comes with cold fudge and not chocolate topping.” This is last time i will be visiting this DQ. Nothing can be made right. If I could post the pictures I gladly would.
