They are smiling and polite. Quick to fill our orders and present them upside down. We were just shocked to see how tiny and expensive our mini orders were. They also failed to inform us that their blizzards were only 85 cents if we would have ordered the small ones instead! We even tipped them and we paid $13 dollars total for two mini blizzards in cups the size of two bathroom mouthwash cups!! Shame.

Pleasant restaurant. Stopped here while I was in the area shopping. The fries were SO good! The lady working was kind enough to bring my meal to me! Everything was nice and hot and fresh. Bonus; I was able to use my reusable straw for a large size drink. Also, very clean.

This is supposed to be a medium hot fudge sundae.. after waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes being only a 5 car wait and spending six dollars for a sundae, how disappointing. Never going back to this location

Food and service was good. Mens bathroom was absolutely horrid. Stall door falling off, toilet seat appeared to be growing something, no tp, and lights out making it dark and uncomfortable. Needs attention ASAP.

The absolute worst service I have ever had! Actually had the cook come out of the kitchen and argue with me because I requested fresh food to be made because when I stopped there lady making the ice cream about my mobile order. She tried to give me food that day under the heat lamp for almost 10 minutes while the counter lady disappeared in the back for awhile supposedly trying to turn off DoorDash and Uber Eats. What an absolute disaster!

Food is good but I’ve ordered three chicken baskets in the last week and NONE came with the toast like it is supposed to. I was dissatisfied and disappointed with that, and the portions of the fries are small. With no toast they should at least add more. Won’t be ordering here for a while

This restaurant is always clean, great staff, food is fresh and hot. Food prices have gone up along with everything else in the US. I think the ice cream prices are very inflated! $7. for a blizzard that you can probably consume in about 5 bites is a bit much if you ask me. My only other complaint is the hours keep changing! So if you’re making a special trip or looking for something after 10pm. I would call and ask for their hours before you go out of your way. I’m guessing it is staffing related.

I came into the store at 10:50, missed the online order by one second and when I arrived at the store they would not let me place an order. The workers were rude and even though the store was not closed, they did not let place my order. The workers proceed to roll their eyes at me and dismiss me. Very disappointed because I usually have good experiences here since I am a loyal customer. DQ do better. On my way to Taco Bell.
