I have previously visited dairy Queen but never a location that had the grill and chill. I didn’t eat any of the food but I will return on another trip and try some of the hot food that they offer. The ice cream was delicious as usual. They also sell soft serve ice cream and combinations of soft serve ice cream like blizzards, Sundays and milkshakes etc… Great place for a sweet treat on a hot day. Lots of indoor air conditioned seating as well as high chairs and booster seats available. Outdoor seating also available.

I honestly rarely do this, especially for a fast food restaurant. I feel like it’s hard to even get a smile from strangers these days. I get it, we have bills to pay, we are all extremely stressed, but I have to take the time out of my day to write this, since the worker I came across at this location was so exceptional. My parents & I stopped at this dairy queen yesterday around lunch time with my daughter. We have eaten at this location numerous times before, always very clean & the food is really good. Our experience yesterday was just lovely, I have to give Bob a shout out and the sole reason for this review, I don’t know if he is a manger or just hourly employee, and frankly it doesn’t matter, because I never met someone who genuinely enjoyed his job as much as Bob and genuinely cared about the guests. He was on the food line/expo line when the line to order got long, so he jumped off the food/expo to open another register to take orders (very rare do I see this). Not only did he do that, when I ordered our food and forgot to use my app to earn rewards for the visit, he said “oh no problem, I can pull up your order again and add them manually.” I mean that was so sweet of him, most people wouldn’t even care or suggest that at all. I just hope this restaurant recognizes Bob’s care and appreciation towards his job and guests.

Not going to lie it was my first time ever at dq and my son’s. My fiance recommended it and the guys that worked there was so inviting it was really a great place to eat and hang out for a few we had a really good day and It started with the service and food . Thank you for being so welcoming and giving my son his first dq spoon definitely recommend

Went at 9pm on a Thursday. They close at 10. Person on the speaker was absolutely terrible. “Is that it? Is that it?” After every item I ordered. Up to the window, told the wrong price. Missing two of my 4 blizzards. Had to sit and wait, she rudely shoved them in my hand. Stared at me and said “you need something?” No “have a good day” nothing. Not a single kind word.

I got a cup of water and it had a huge ant in it and prices of the fountain machine in it so i took it back up to the window and confronted them and they said it was pieces of the machine!! Im never eating here again and if i get sick ima suing.

Worst drive through. Sat at the window for 10 minutes watching the worker fill out an ADP form then chat with her coworkers when all we wanted was ice cream. When we finally got our order it was half melted. Avoid this one.
