There were no signs that this was a drive thru only spot. The seating area was exposed to Rte 15 and loud noises of traffic, so it is not ideal to sit and enjoy onsite. Service was as expected for a bunch of teens in the summer. They were polite and courteous and expeditious. The ice cream was delicious and prepared exactly as I expected.

The fries were so cold and tasted like they have been sitting for a while. They could have provided fresher food. However, the milk shakes were amazing and the Honey BBQ Tenders were amazing . Please always check the fry quality before you serve customers soggy cold fries.

Let’s start with me sitting at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes and no one’s answering me. I had to drive back around and go to the outside window. That was the first annoyance. It took them about 2 minutes to realize I was outside. There was about eight employees all huddle around the cash register by the drive-thru doing nothing. I explained to them that I was sitting out there and no one was answering me. The kid just apologized and took my order. They sure took their time with their order as I’m standing out in the 30° cold with my son waiting for our food. They brought the food to the window left it there and the kid just went back to his friends and took another 2 minutes to actually pass it through the window. He went to get napkins but got sidetracked along the way in a little minute BS session with his friend. Finally we got our food and of course it was wrong. One thing was nothing I ordered. And they forgot our sodas and dipping sauce.
