Placed an order through the app, had to ask for our drinks and the slushy machine was not working. There was no offer of a refund (the slush is an extra charge with a combo) Once we drove away we noticed the fries were missing, and the grease from the onion rings literally soaked the bag, my pants, and my hands. The soda was flat and the lettuce was almost nonexistent. The burgers were cold. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money at this location.

I was in line with some other cars and an employee came over (outside) yelling at me that they closed. I asked why they closed 40 minutes early, and she yelled at me that ever since the pandemic, they were allowed to close whenever they wanted. I started to drive away, and with my window down I heard her notice the next car in line pull up and she absolutely lost her mind on him. I couldn’t hear how he replied, because she was yelling at him so much. Glad that wasn’t me. This happened 6/29/23

Don’t ever order a cake from here because they won’t make it! Ordered a cake a week ago for pick up today, confirmed the time, date, location, and address. Also got a confirmation email! Show up to pick up the cake – the “manager” tells me “oh they didn’t make it”. Then tells me “I don’t know how to decorate or make one for you so we can’t do anything”. Would not recommend because it’ll ruin a loved one’s birthday for sure.
