Zero Customer Service! 20+ minute for icecream when ordering in-store. Drive through is not much better. Icecream almost all the time is handed off melted and the cleanliness of the restaurant is subpar at best. When a customer can clearly that the blizzard machine is dirty and the area around it is dirty, that is when management should step in and order it cleaned before it is used again. Overall poor experience, can’t say I will be back anytime soon.

Placed my order in drive thru.. repeated it twice to the order taker. Paid my $5.55 for Med Chocolate Sundae whip topping & chocolate sprinkles. Girl hands me just a plain Sundae. i tell her what it is supposed to be, then was given a RAINBOW SPRINKLE SUNDAE.. they started whispering to eachother, then told me to next time SAY IT when order it because i Have to pay for that!! .. I go here maybe a couple times a week. My kids and I love the ice cream. However every time is different and I can’t understand it. Tonight however threw me over the edge. Three of the four blizzards I ordered were handed out the drive thru window melting. The employee doesn’t bother wiping the side of the cups. And when I asked why they were so melty, the chocolate one in particular, I was told “we put hot caramel on it and it starts melting the ice cream”. This bad?! I’ve ordered the caramel fudge cheesecake before and it wasn’t melted like this! And the worst part is the two employees stood there staring at me like I had 10 heads after explaining why my ice cream was dripping all over me! Some visits are great! The blizzards are thick and not melting all over the cup. But other times it’s like this. However this is the worst! Some one there needs better training on how to properly make the blizzards because this isn’t it!
