We haven’t actually been inside yet. Usually my wife and child have an off the wall, random craving for a blizzard at the most inconvenient times and I oblige them. Service through the drive-thru has always been fast and easy. This location is fairly new and a joy to go to.

I had to ask for a cup holder, this after ordering 2 medium blizzards and 1 medium sundae. When I asked for a cup holder the drive thru cashier looked at me like I was stupid. I had to repeat myself thinking maybe she didn’t hear me. My blizzards also were both watery because I had to wait for them to remake my sundae because they initially gave me a small instead of medium. They also gave me an attitude when I pointed out that I ordered a medium and NOT a small. I am never going here again. I’m not trying to be difficult but it makes no sense to me why they have an attitude about the smallest request. I added a picture of my take 5 blizzard that’s in the freezer, it was so watery hopefully keeping it in the freezer will make it less watery. Btw I only live 5 minutes away and the temp outside was 55 degrees. Oh well I guess this is what $15 will get me.

We ordered over $30 of food. We ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions. There were no onions on the burger. We ordered a regular coke and they gave me a Diet Coke. We will not frequent this DQ again.
