Group of adults came in for ice cream, and every teen working there looked mad we walked in at 9:10pm, they just stood there holding a broom while we ate. Then we were told we had to leave at 9:30pm because the “lobby” was closed (even though they actually close at 10pm.) Terrible environment, we will never be back.

I usually come here with my family and usually don’t have a problem. I came here after work on November 28th, 2021. I wanted a snack before I went to the store to find a cute shirt for my weekend plans. I was curious but didn’t realize I had 2 cups, until I felt something hard in my back teeth. I was eating the cardboard from the cup. I wasn’t even done with it. I was pretty disappointed. The older woman that runs this place (I give her 4.5 stars), my family don’t have any issues with our blizzards. But the younger kids that work here (3 stars…), they don’t seem to really care how you get your blizzard. ♀️

Disappointing. I thought Blizzards are supposed to have actual ingredients. Apparently S’more’s Blizzards have 0 ingredients added. I remember some chunks of chocolate at other DQ locations. Dipped strawberry blizzard barely tasted like strawberry or chocolate. How difficult it must be to add ingredients to ice cream and blend.

Stop in at least twice a week for an ice cream cone and usually they are great, but something has changed lately. The amount of ice cream in the cone is half of what i used to get, and the recipe has changed as well. It’s more of an ice milk than creamy ice cream. I’ll give it another chance and if this is the new normal I’ll be looking for a new place to stop. I’ll report back
