This place is ungodly expensive. Spent 40 for 2 people and only had 2 combos and ice cream. Owner must be greedy cuz other DQs in the area are way cheaper

Their employees were nice, but the food (burgers)were dry, way over cooked, no sauce. I’d say, they are known for their ice cream, and that’s it. I wanted to leave a better review, but I couldn’t. They need to work on making their food taste better.

Chicken strips were overcooked. Onion rings also were overcooked. When we asked for replacement, there was some noticeable attitude and the replacements weren’t really any better. Hamburger patties were noticeably smaller than the buns and tasted like they were pre-cooked and rewarmed to make the burgers.

This may be the worst DQ Ive experienced in my 49 years. The boys are so sweet yet 100% of our orders are wrong. Its really disturbing. They would get tipped well if only they could care about what goes out. But not once…NOT ONCE…have they made what we ordered. Its weird.

I placed a 35$ order, waited in line for 40 minutes, got all the way home 20 minutes away, and realized I got 3 wrong burgers. I ordered 3 double cheeses and got singles with different toppings. Doubles are 4.19 now! And i got singles. I Tried to call and got no answer. I get it it’s a busy restaurant and all but dang. Customer service is important. Won’t be going back for a while. I try to always give folks the benefit if the doubt, but it’s alot of money to not get what I want! Pay attention guys!

ordered 1sundae 1 banana split 1blizzard by the time we got our order {which took awhile} and got to Thriftway parking lot the whipped cream and ice cream on the split where melted then they gave me no spoon I do not even think they tried to put it in the freezer the bag was warm and the sundae was melted .

Thank you for rolling your eyes at me every time I asked for something at the window.. I wanted to use my gift card for part of my order (2 items) then cash for the rest (1 item) the teenage kid rolled his eyes and I made it clear I was sorry me spending my money there was a hassle to him. Horrible customer service and they never get order right anyway
