This Dairy Queen has poor customer service , out of multiple things and expired POP witch is misleading . The order taker needs a few lessons on how to treat your customers if you are out of something then apologize and say I am sorry we are out bot just were out of that and then silence also repeating your orders would definitely help your order accuracy because I said just 4 pc strip and I got charged a whole meal repeating this order would of saved you that mistake . Also the kitchen needs to follow policy and mark there wraps none of my sandwiches were marked and had multiple specialtys training at this location is definitely needed there is too much leeway

I will not return until they get different management. Twice now, we’ve been there and recurved the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Unhappy sloths work there. They give drive through priority regardless of how many unhappy people are in the lobby. We waited 50 minutes and only got service – not after I complained to the manager who could care less – but after I asked one employee if they’d lost our order. No we are working on it. It’s ice cream. It’s not prone rib. No garbage cans outside either for their picnic area. We watched 12 people leave after waiting a long time that hadn’t even placed an order yet. Then watched more leave when we were at a picnic table. They are losing soooooo much money due to poor service.
