I wished I would have read the reviews on this place before stopping here with my family. Spent $50 in food. The lettuce on the burger was all bad. The chicken strips weren’t cooked thoroughly. The fries were cold and soggy. The worst was the bathrooms. In both the women’s and men’s the toilets were gross. The men’s had poop backed up and all over the toilet seat. The women’s had one usable stall that wasn’t covered in poop.

Don’t get blizzards from this Dairy Queen you will be served soup they won’t turn it upside down because it’s melted so bad it’s not even milk shake consistency it’s just cold soup the girl in drive thru tonight refused to remake our order and shut the window on us tonight, our fries were cold and chicken strips hard and cold terrible, Do not waist money here. 8/7/23 9pm It’s obvious that the managers and owners don’t care!! Just collect money this place sucks. Don’t eat here . Zero stars is what this business deserves

E2A: we ordered 4 pretzel sticks but only received 1. Brought this to their attention at the window and they told me to go back around the drive thru to order again! There was only 1 car behind me so it’s not like they were busy. Couldn’t believe they were unwilling to amend our order to add (and pay for) additional food but the manager came to the window to explain that it’s their policy not to add items at the window

Very disappointed. After ordering a simple vanilla cone in a dish I was informed I had to order it as a sundae – I have ordered a dish of ice cream for years. I was given a small cone at the window (son is gluten intolerant). When I went in to ask again that they make a small dish of ice cream they would only do it if I ordered it as a sundae. Truly awful customer service. I understand customer service is difficult but we were kind the whole time and they were not. Won’t be back.

Good food, but often not very busy, and yet slow service, taking 20 minutes before I could have my mobile order started, even though I was first at the counter for 10. Also you can’t use the soda machine anymore, which is sad as now you must wait for your food to get a drink.

The drive thru order takers are HORRIBLE! I love DQ but this one is the worst. Recently we’ve noticed when ordering at the drive thru, they never give us our total and never repeat our order. The last 2 times they got it wrong and the blizzards were more like milkshakes. Oh and they didn’t flip them upside down. This last time we ordered 2 blizzards, the drive thru line was long, when we got to the window they gave us just one, didn’t flip it, but again least of my worries. When I proceeded to ask her for my other blizzard the girl said “OH we only have 1 on the screen” so I said “well we ordered 2” and she rudely cut me off and said “well you’re gonna have to go back to the drive thru and order it and get back in line”. Are you kidding me?! mind you again their blizzard was so melted which makes sense now since they always have their kitchen door open, when it’s 100° outside.

Ordered two Reese’s Take 5 blizzards from the drive thru. Both were missing the brand’s signature peanut butter cups and the caramel topping that were advertised on the menu. Really disappointing to realize you had a peanut-pretzel blend and that was it.

Had been driving about 3 hours and my wife and I stopped for lunch and had to use the restroom extremely bad. They wouldn’t give us the code and allow use to use restroom until we ordered. Explained we were extremely uncomfortable and they still refused. We were clean and dressed nice and promised we were going to buy food and they continued to refuse.

My family and I went to DQ on Sat. We walked in to an empty restaurant. Every table was dirty and the floors needed a quick sweep. There was one employee working front and three in drive thru and couple ladies in the back. No greeting when we came in. Finally someone helped us. We ordered ice cream and waited 25 minutes for it. The team of ladies were rude and seemed to not care about wait times. The people behind us ordered a kids happy meal and waited for 20 minutes also, they weren’t very happy either.
