The food here is always good and the people are always friendly but one thing I have noticed is that even though they don’t seem to be busy a lot, they take a long time just for a Blizzard, Burger and Fries. I’ve waited at least 10 minutes at the window, with me being the only one in the line.

Dairy Queen on South Lancaster needs to get their act together. Service was extremely slow the last 2 times we went. One time, the staff was just standing around by the ice cream machine chatting while patrons were waiting for service at the counter. Staff don’t know the menu and don’t really seem to care about their job. If Chris Trembley still owns this location, he needs to get them in shape like how I worked for him years ago. Over 2 decades, and I could probably run circles around them.

Best burger I’ve ever eaten in a DQ! As I left I told a young lady about how the burger was juicy and not over cooked. Plenty of tomatoes and fresh. I asked her to be sure and tell the cook. Turns out she was the cook. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. I drove past another DQ to get to this one.

The general manager is awesome and totally took care of us even though it wasn’t his stores fault. There is a bug in the app that kept ordering from the store furthest from us instead of his store. Either way great employees always polite and helpful and quick. No cold food or melted Sunday’s from this location!

Walking by I crave my usual banna split no chocolate extra strawberry so I go inside considering the door is unlocked well turned out they were not open yet and the employee gets after me telling me to read the sign that’s why it’s up there next time don’t just walk in! I was like wow you are rude! So not recommended today! Market st dairy queen is where it’s at!

Who does the ordering at this Dairy Queen??? On this 93 degree evening in July this Dairy Queen was out of large cups for Blizzards. The manager did offer to do something for me if the delivery arrived while I was there, but no delivery came. President Donald Trump would have been outraged at this Dairy Queen!!!

Went through the drive thru and the girl who made my sundae was incredibly rude. There were five kids working all standing around laughing while the line was growing. The girl with blonde and black hair in braids made my sundae wrong. She forgot the strawberry and gave me just vanilla and whip cream. When I told her she forgot the strawberry she said she could give me some on the side to pour over everything and I declined because that doesn’t look good and is messy. She slammed the window, dramatically tossed the sundae in the garbage and then remade my sundae. When she gave me the remade one, there was ice cream dripping all down the side which got my car messy. She didn’t even apologize. When I asked the guy who brought my second order to the window how I could get in touch with a manager he said “I don’t know I’m new” and I asked if he could ask someone, he went to talk to another girl who kept looking at the window. Any one of the other 4 people could have helped me but instead they all stared until they realized I wasn’t going to leave. I watched the girl in braids allow a regular clothed girl behind the counter which was not at all professional. Really bad experience. Seems like it’s being ran by nothing but high school kids.
