My pretzels were hard. That made me really, really sad. Also they employee working at the counter was very nice, but he also didn’t know what a moolate was and it’s literally on the menu board right behind him. They made me a milkshake instead, but I definitely would’ve preferred the moolate. They didn’t even put my food in a tray they just threw it in the box so it was a little annoying to eat. I normally pull my honey bbq out when I get home so this was inconvenient and messy. I work as a manager at a DQ in Ohio and I was pretty disappointed to say the least.

I’ve eaten here about 5 times this summer. I really like their double stacked cheese burger. The fries are ok but kinda small size. I’ve I great service most times and not so good service others. The restroom on Monday had no soap or paper towels. Right after i came out an emoyee went in and used it. He did not restock, he HAD to of known they needed resupplying. Some counter people seem too uninterested in giving top notched service and then you might get an outstanding professional service from the counter. It’s very convenient to stop here

All I wanted was a chocolate dipped cone. I ordered the medium size, the employee said, “you can’t medium but you can small”. I obviously asked why? He said we’re short on ice cream today. Serious he really did. I pulled around paid $4.59 and was handed a chocolate Sunday. I asked what happened to the dipped cone, he said oh I’m sorry that sunday is not for you. I gave him back the Sunday and a few minutes later he returned with a small vanilla cone, no chocolate dip. I decided to take it and go, better not confuse them anymore. After thinking about it for a while I decided that these boys probably go to Douglas County school’s so that should explain a whole lot.

Seriously the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The front girl was very sweet but the rest of the employees were obviously unhappy. My burger came out literally soaked in oil and soggy and extremely hot. The burger smelled like chemicals and was disgusting. They have no onion rings or plastic forks. They don’t even have the deals available that they are supposed to. Very disappointed that I paid $8 for something literally inedible. This isn’t a staffing issue either. There were plenty of employees they just all seem unhappy and don’t care what they give to people.

Just ordered 4 burgers, an order of fries, a shake and a mini blizzard. The wait was long but I didn’t mind because I thought they were making good burgers. I was so wrong. They handed me my order and it was super hot which was fine but then when we got home and opened our food we noticed the burgers messy, yuck looking and the meat looked like rubber. The blizzard wasn’t even what I ordered. It was suppose to be a strawberry cheese quake and I think I got some type of chocolate/vanilla with something crunchy in it. But that was all hidden underneath. Spent $31.74 for some nasty food. Won’t ever go there again.

What is going on with our small town? The quality of food is declining and the kids working seem to be unhappy about everything. As if me ordering is a nuisance. All 4 of our burgers were soggy and tasted off, employees were lacking everything as far as courteous goes. Slowly but surely we are disliking the local fast food joints here. Not the 1st time for this store either.
