Interesting place. The burgers are overpriced for how tiny and flavorless they are. The Blizzards are good but a little expensive. It’s fun to come here and ask if they have any mystery bags. They come with two blizzards and an ice cream sandwich for only $5. The ice cream sandwich wasn’t very good but sometimes you get good blizzard flavors.

Rude African American employer named Kyra!! Kept asking her if I could have a receipt and she completely ignored me multiple times. So I finally said “Can you hear me?” And in a rude tone she goes it has to print! I said yeah but you can at least acknowledge me! Then she says I heard you, you don’t have to be rude. Like what!!! How are you rude and disrespectful first and then have the nerve to deflect. That’s the problem with these Franchise businesses, there’s no repercussions for bad behavior. She just brushed me off after that and had a smirk on her face as I left.

Went through the drive through ordered 1 item then changed my mind. I still ordered the items for 2 people, that’s when the young lady really got an attitude. I kept saying thank you and said I was sorry to change, however, no matter how hard I tried she would not say thank you. She was very indignant, it’s to bad she doesn’t have patience for customer service. Every one else has been very nice and helpful at this location. Maybe, some retraining is in order. The time was around 6:30 on Fri 07-072023.

It’s an ice cream place, so of course you’re probably never going to be exactly disappointed with your order, but they could do better with the service at this location. Most of the time the blizzards here aren’t blended very well, and the cups are sticky on the outside. The most concerning thing though is this location has a middle aged guy hanging around inside all the time who I’m about 99% isn’t even an employee, but he will harass you about your receipts, stand near you with his arms crossed and stare at you with a scowl, and get mad at you if you’re being “too rowdy”. One time he rudely refused to hand me back my receipt after I picked up my order and accused me of wanting it back so that I could claim I never received my order. The employees were just watching the interaction happen. He may be special needs, but he makes me uncomfortable every time I dine in and I personally believe he shouldn’t be there. If he is an employee, they shouldn’t have him around customers if he doesn’t know how to interact with people without making them uncomfortable. Other than that, this location is directly next to a school so during school months it’s absolutely packed after 1pm. Their food items are also a little overpriced. In general, maybe just pick a different DQ location

First the sign is marked sold out on the smore’s blizzard, no one updated the drive thru sign. The girl that took my order changed it she was very sweet. Then people walked up to my car to be let in the back door scared me they weren’t in uniform. Then they handed me two blizzards no lids and I am in the car by myself, so I asked for it to be bagged up got an attitude from the second girl handing it out the window. Use to love place not so much anymore.

The banana splits were okay, but not worth waiting thirty minutes in the drive-thru to get them at over fourteen dollars for two. I will note that the attendant did apologize for the slow service. I will definitely skip the drive-thru if I ever decide to patronize their business again.

Last bunch of times, I’ve been there for a blizard they never add enough flavor to the ice cream. 3/4 of the blizard is always plain vanilla ice cream with no mix.

I have always liked this place and the ice cream is very good I had a berger in Texas and it was very good when I came back I looked for a dairy queen that sold burgers only one I think here in Vegas I will go back to try the rest of there food and ice-cream now I know where they are injoy the food and ice-cream
