They never called our number, so we’ve been waiting for our food while it’s placed in a counter waiting for us. The restroom was dirty. There were flies flying around and the benches have some old food stuck to it.

Menu pricing does not correspond with what rings up at register and staff did not care to offer explanation or rectify. Food order was incorrect and we had to go back 3 times (initial order arrived void of ALL sides). Restrooms were disgusting. Only the ice cream counter worker was pleasant and helpful. Don’t waste your time. Should have heeded the reviews and opted for tacos.

Me and my girlfriend got our food really fast, but it was a very busy place for lunch. Some people ended up waiting for their orders upwards of 20 minutes. It is in need of a renovation and is not extremely clean looking. Would not recommend stopping here if you can hold off hunger until the next town. Also, when we stopped, the ice cream machine was broken, and that is the main reason anyone goes to DQ

Pretty darn good experience on a very busy day! Lots of travelers on Labor Day and the two of the the restaurants were closed. Workers maintained helpful cheerful attitudes whole working up a storm. Food was great and as ordered. Had my local Dairy Queen been this busy, we’d still be waiting for our food.

Not very nice. Ice cream machine was broken. So no blizzards. What? That is like a dairy with no milk it makes no sense. When our food was ready the girl behind counter just stood there and my husband had to say that’s my food. Then she very slowly bagged our food. The trash can outside was beyond over flowing. They had sign on door saying you can not bring trash inside to throw away. Well empty the trash can and customer’s wouldn’t have to bring inside. Very disappointed and food was mediocre at best !

Avoid it! If I could rate it a zero star it would be appropriate. It is dirty, ramshackle, in disarray inside and out. The restrooms were filthy. The ice cream machine didn’t work!!! The kid at the counter had a difficult time keying our order in, we had to repeat it over and over. The food took quite awhile to get and it was mediocre at best.

Terrible service and terrible cleanliness! Service was extremely slow. Waited in line after ordering food for over 35 min. The ice cream Sunday was flavorful however the food was less than tasty. Parts of the meal were missing such as toast, however what was left was edible even though the chicken was overcooked and burnt.

If I could give a negative review. I would for this place. The ice cream machine was broken. That’s like taco Bell being out of tacos. They were out of ICE. ICE. What fast food place is out of ice. They were out of bananas and strawberry’s along with the place being completely covered in flies. Not to mention seeing a species of bug I’ve never seen in my life. Annnnd, don’t get me started on the bathroom. The toilet seat was on the side and sliding. What do I have to do to take a poop on a toilet without a sliding toilet seat and being swarmed in flies. It wouldn’t surprise me if the SOAP was DIRTY. 20/10 would NOT recommed.

The restaurant looks decent on the outside. Dated, but not offensive. Then you go inside. The dining area is sort of dirty and uncomfortable. Then, step inside the little horror of Clayton, the bathrooms! Water barely comes out of the faucets and never drains. Everything is either broken, grimy, or sticky! Next time I drive through here, I’m holding it until Dalhart!

Not super clean, pretty crowded. We stopped there on a road trip and I think it was a busy travel day that they weren’t prepared for. They were out of curly fries. We picked it for the patio (traveling with a dog) but the patio was actually all locked up, so we ended up standing around the parking lot eating.
