Oh my gosh!!!! The last 4-5 times we’ve been here has been terrible!! What is going on at this location? The folks here couldn’t care less about what they hand you thru the drive through. We get the strawberry cheesecake blizzard (NY cheesecake) every time, and we cannot seem to get more than 1-2 pieces of cheesecake & It’s completely void of any strawberries and graham crackers. This is what makes this dessert so amazing! Whomever owns this DQ, needs to take a serious look at retraining the staff!

Facility was very cold. Front counter attendant had very dirty clothes on and she looked a mess, her nose ring and appearance, does not make you want to eat food there any longer. What happened to neat, clean appearance here at DQ? I will not be visiting here again unless the employees look neat, clean and look like they want to be customer facing. We don’t want to be served food from a person who does not take pride in appearance.

I recently came through the drive thru at this Dairy Queen, and the employee working at the time was excellent. She had the kindness of asking me if I wanted my blizzards in a to go cup, which I’ve never been asked before at Dairy Queen. It was truly the best drive thru experience I’ve had at this Dairy queen I believe that the employee that served me mentioned that her name was Serena, thank you Serena!
