First time here and I already hate it!! Employees were so chaotic and yelling around. They were stressing me out when rushing me and making me feel like I’m asking dumb questions. I ordered the shrimp basket and it took 25 mins to get my order. I was completely disgusted when I got my food and I feel like I got jipped for the amount I paid. There were 8 cars in the drive-through, and 4 different parties of people tried to go inside to order, but the doors were locked, 2 hours before the inside was supposed to close. Inside, a worker walked by and looked right at us trying to open the door and walked right to the back and totally ignored us—rude! So we left and went to the location on Country Club and Main and had a totally different (much better) experience!

I got a blizzard that had been pre-made and freezer burned from the freezer. I just wanted a soft silky ice cream I should have gone to the grocery store ben and Jerry’s would gave been better. I don’t know how the food stacked up but if your going for ice cream. DON’T BOTHER big disappointment

Friendly staff and great treats! The store closed at 10:00 pm but we were politely asked to vacate before 9:30 pm, then at 9:30 pm, we were asked again. When I brought it to the attention of the young lady who ushered us out, she said that they needed time to clean the place… our group just frowned at that and left. Would I return, unlikely. That experience doesn’t set well. I believe someone in the back was telling her to do that and didn’t have the nerve to say so themselves.
