Arrived at 10:34pm to DQ on a Saturday after googling what food establishments were open. Online it states this establishment is opened from 6:30am-11:00pm. As we drove in there were some employees greeting someone at the door . We proceeded to go to the drive thru were no one answered so we drove up to the window. Employees were scrambling inside, a few acknowledged we were there but waited about 3 minutes for someone to open the window. We were told that they were closed that only Carrizo and eagle pass had the operating hours of 6:30am-11:00pm even though such hours are displayed online and at their establishment.

The steak finger basket is a good ‘ol favorite of mine but not here!! Cold fries, old looking gravy with a film on the top of it, hot steak fingers but they tasted like old bad meat! The steak finger basket used to be a great classic of Dairy Queen. My have times changed. Boo. Last time I buy anything from here.

Ordered a belt-buster meal with sweet tea. Got my receipt at 4:30 no cars ahead of me . Was handed my sweet tea and asked to pull forward. I tasted my sweet tea and it tasted spoiled. They switched it to lemonade ans I pulled to the front. 30 minutes go by so I go inside they hand me my bag the food was not hot they had it sitting there and never brought it to me. I recommend staying away from this place.

The three of us got the runs I ordered a peanut butter shake the ordered a banana and the princess a chocu mini and the three of us ended up with the runs after that and we had a 2hr drive ended up being a 4 1/2 hr drive due to even stopping on the side of the road…someone there not cleaning or not being clean cross contamination is happening maybe with coming food and making icecream..

Store said it closes/closed at 11:00pm and was already closed before 10:30pm. My wife wanted an Oreo Blizzard, I got there at 10:34pm and all the lights were off and workers were sweeping and mopping. If they don’t want to work late they should look for another job. Shaking My Head, this store needs to look for workers that want to work, Just Saying……..
