Service was good. But after getting a couple mouthfulls of bread. I found out my burger had been “frankenstiened” like they’re cutting up patties and spreading them out to try to pass it off as a whole patties only guess would be to save money.

Download the DQ Texas app and get all the offers you can get. The most blizzards I had were either 99€ or free. I also had 1$ cone or free cones. I love DQ for their amazing offers. I have tried almost all their blizzards. Turtle pecans blizzards, Oreo blizzard, cookie dough blizzard, cotton candy blizzard, snickers blizzard, peanut butter puppy chow and they all are delicious.

I was greeted and asked if I was dinning in or carrying out, I replied I was dinning in. I Ordered the Full Meal Deal as advertised on television and cashier first said they did not have that on the menu.

I give it one star because my wife waited 30 minutes to get her ice cream and when I said something I was given an attitude and told it got throw away,not only did I get an attitude they did not flip it over and when I said I guess it’s free cause you did not flip it some Mexican dude behind the counter acted like he wanted to fight!! I came in with family to have a quick meal before our long drive back home and we ordered 4 burgers. One of them was missing and we had to wait 20 more minutes because the chef got it wrong twice. The tables and chairs were dirty and wobbly and the service was very inconvenient. I wouldn’t come here again

Gave me the wrong order after I sat in the drive through for20 minutes to get it. I went inside and told the attendant at the front who let the prep person know it was wrong. Then waited another 20 minutes before I got my order. Guess what? It was a simple turtle pecan with out the dip cone, just add chocolate syrup instead. I spent almost one hour at this place that I didn’t have to waste. No apology or anything. She just happened to look up and see me before she made my order. The counter attendant up front had already mentioned it 20 minutes before. Sad the service you get with these inexperienced kids in San Marcos. Oh not to mention the first cup had been refrigerated and the spoon was already frozen inside the cup of ice cream. That’s real scary. There won’t be a return visit. There was also two cones sitting in the staging area dripping. They didn’t know who they were for.

I normally have a good experience at DQ for the most part. But, I went through the drive thru last night and my order of a 6 piece steak fingers ended up being a 4 piece chicken tenders instead. So, I paid $12.49+tax for something unwanted. $$ Ripped. What is so difficult about checking an order for accuracy before it goes out to the customer?

Received the incorrect order and called to see about getting it replaced the following day and was told that I had to drive back before they closed or hold off on eating the incorrect order and to take it for the correct order. Usually given the option to go in another day for the correct order.
