Haven’t eaten at Dairy Queen is soooo long. Decided to stop in on our way through town. Probably the best cheeseburger I have ever eaten. Vegetables were so fresh that you could smell through the paper wrapping. Crisp lettuce, soft bun, melted cheese, perfectly cooked bacon…all around amazing burger. Thank you for not disappointing…my only regret is that I didn’t buy 2 burgers!

A Lot of the employees are real snotty. They say they close at 10:00 pm but they start their closing routine at 5:00 or 6:00. They shut down the restrooms at 8:00 or so. And they start closing off areas to mop and don’t don’t open that area back up to allow customers to sit where they would like. the customers end up all bunched together at 6 of the tables by the end of the night. That is if they keep the dinning area open until they close. my family and I have been there to eat on several occasions at around 9:00 or so and have been told the dinning area is not open. we could order inside but we had to take it to go. To which we reply thought y’all where open until 10. I understand they want to go home at exactly at 10 when they close but closing everything down like the dinning area and the restrooms really! That doesn’t seem like it would be very good for business. Not to mention the very loud Spanish music they having playing, I mean so loud you can’t hear the person across from you talk.

The menu sign prices are different than what they charge you for instance it shows a dipped ice cream cone for 1.99 the actual price and this is before taxes is 2.49. We asked about it they said that was the sale price and they just hadn’t changes it yet. We also ordered 2 small blizzards which came in Styrofoam cups you buy from heb or Walmart and not the actual blizzard cups and when asked they said that was there new cups they where using. 1 more thing when I go to a restaurant I’m there to buy food not have to stare at knock off jewelry while I’m ordering. I have gone to this particular establishment all my life and here lately it seems to be going down hill in a rapid pace.

Went though the drive in and the service was terrible. we had to keep repeating and when we got to the window they had loud music and everyone was messing around. i got a brownie oreo cupfection and the brownie was never warmed up just thrown on top of the ice cream.

The drive thru lady was snotty and rude. Not only got my order wrong, but then tried to hand me the order of the car BEHIND me. Got snotty when I asked her to hand me the correct ice cream. Then claimed that I didn’t order what I said I ordered when I literally had the receipt in hand. Ridiculous. ♀️

The wait staff are the most unfriendly and rudest women I have ever seen. The Manager and assistant manager are mother and daughter. The drive thru girl Anna is rude. Shakira was rude when I was complaining about Anna at the drive thru and her comment was that is just the way she is. Shakira (assistant manager) attitude wasn’t much better. So when I asked for Managers name she told me and I asked is that your Mom and she said yes. So nothing will be handled regarding my complaint.

I ordered my daughter a blizzard at the drive through. The employee dropped it when she was handing it to me, but she caught it with her forearm and the side of her shirt. She tried handing it to me after the entire top touched her skin and shirt. Then was upset and rude to me when I asked her to make another one.

Shakira is the rudest employee that works here (not sure if it’s her real name or spelling is right) but anytime we come to get food she gives us the nastiest attitude for no reason honestly, if u can’t handle customer service then leave the job everyone has stuff to deal with they don’t need a ride employee making things worse.
