7/8/2023 For the love of God, do not go here an hour till closing. They constantly complained about making 5 meals for my family. The guy from the back that brought our food out asked “are yall the ones that ordered this massive order?”…bro If you hate your job just quit. I gave it 2 stars because the Sunday crew was very nice last visit. We paid $53 but, the food was old and, let’s be real would you eat the food from someone who acts like that? I’ll update once I talk to the manager tomorrow. I sound like a Karen….

The food was good but the employees were very rushed and they closed early. They closedevout 7 o’clock instead of 9 and they said it was because they were shorthanded on staff. What I understand to a certain point. I myself used to work in a fast food restaurant but you don’t rush around your customers and you don’t refuse your money. Even though I dined in I wanted to get an ice cream after I ate but they told me I couldn’t because there was no money in the. Register which I knew that was a lie.

After waiting forever I am watching through the window and see the “cook” pop our burgers into the microwave… then put it in a bag. We go to eat our burgers and everything as I expected was mushy and warm including the lettuce and tomatoes

Lady taking orders was great, good customer service. However the place had no Franchise cups, we settled for white Styrofoam cups with lids that don’t fit. (Thankfully Warned by the cashier to be careful). Blizzard served, double cup since the original Styrofoam cup broke in presentation and for the first time not served upside down….lol.

Whoever made my order did it right. The tables were all dirty, the trainer told the new employee to clean the tables only going to the restroom for 5 minutes then started to clean the tables but not the seats.

So I ordered a belt buster dry with cheese, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. As I was sitting there watching them make my burger from the pick up window. I could see that they didn’t grill anything. When the lady at the window hands me my burger. I explained to them that they did not grill my onions and jalapeños. She checked with the kitchen and they told her they did in fact grill my onions and jalapeños. After looking at my burger I handed it to her and asked for her opinion. She looked at it and took it back to the kitchen to fix it. When I got it back instead of it having 2 beef patties it only had one. So I had to take it back a 2nd time. When I received my burger for the 3rd time it was made right this time but it was cold. The only reason I am written this review is because they lied to me about it and this wasn’t the first time.

The friendly man was smiling at us while we pulled up and said God bless you after receiving our ice cream, I reccomend large dipped in chocolate.
