Very disappointed, guessing car in front of us was asked to move up, which they did, we ordered ice cream and then tried to leave. Fellow would not pull up enough, he was not in the proper waiting order we asked him to move up he would not, I called inside for assistance and they hung on me. Seems like the inside help knows him and was more concerned with him then other customers.

I would not recommend this place!! Girl who gave me my bananasplit blizzard did not even try to do the flip test because she knew it would all fall and when I pointed it out she just remove the top of the blizzard where everything was at and just gave it to me like that. A melted mess with nothing in it but just vanilla icecream! First time coming here. I rather make the trip to the one in mission or McAllen.

Very disappointment my order was all wrong my kids meal cheeseburger the meat was all hard but not only that I asked it plain it came with everything when it shouldn’t. Not only that the meal didn’t came with ice cream cone. My meal came with the wrong dip for chicken strips and little fires. If I lived close I would of gone back plz don’t give me your feedback “ We are so sorry to see this! We’ll bring this to local management’s attention immediately. We sincerely hope that your next visit provides a far better experience.”

I asked for them to redo my burger because the patty was burnt and they didn’t even re do it they just put a cheese slice in there.. I got it back with my one bite mark and everything. Said “there was nothing they could do and all their burgers come out burnt”

the worker Suzy at the front was really rude to me. she had no patience in explaining what I asked, and when I got my order it was all wrong, they forgot the bacon and onions I asked for. the cone I asked for was dipped in chocolate, but it wasn’t even dipped correctly, the cone was all covered in chocolate and they didn’t even try cleaning it up for me! then when I asked for napkins they only gave me ONE, ONE NAPKIN!! And to add to it there were no parking spaces, and they wouldn’t let me park in the curbside for pickup.
