While dining in I wanted to refill my drink and noticed they had removed the tea canisters…mind you it was 9:00pm and I thought ok…they’re about to close but I asked anyways if they still had some…I was told no and that they were already cleaning out the canisters…so I asked what time do you close and was told 11:00pm…I said…”you are open another 2 hours and are not planning to make more tea which only takes a few minutes to brew?”…the manager or supervisor at the time then said she would and it would be like 6 minutes…I waited around for more than15 minutes and nothing…I didn’t go back to ask…I just left very disappointed.

Ordered a #3 Texas Sized With bacon. I get home and burger has a single piece of crumb bacon. Fries are small as well. I go back to store and manager see the crumb and days they will remake the burger. They take my burger, out a couple of more crumbs of bacon and send me on my way. With the coldest burger ever. Filed a complaint in their site as well. I’d DQ is Texas, they fell very short. By the way, the bacon you see is what they added to the burger. Yuck

Was surprised to see a small line, but was overjoyed at the fact that I might be able to make it back to my apartment before my lunch break was over. I was wrong, I made it back 10 minutes late, but it was a risk I chose to take nonetheless. The food was exceptional, service was as expected, however just have two complaints of sorts. One, I was missing an order of fries and I rarely ever check the bag before taking off. Granted, when it comes to fast-food I should get into the habit of doing so, but I’ll learn that lesson when I learn it. Other than that, I had little to no intention of bringing it up to whoever was inside because for one I was in PJs. Two, it would’ve been longer I’d have to wait. The other issue is just my preference of chili and cheese of my chili cheese fries. Looks like someone spilled some of it on the fries instead of actually putting it on them intentionally. Maybe that’s how they do it, maybe I got the sh-t end of the deal. Either way, wasn’t too content. Other than that, don’t see why I wouldn’t return again. Just not any time soon, this pandemic sh-t gotta end.

I just go here for the ice cream, but I’m not going anymore cause I can’t believe that they can’t make a nice banana split blizzard they always forget something and u have already driving away when u realized it, and then u tell urself I will tell them next time but when next time comes around u forgot what u were going to tell them.

Waited 35 minutes then got food that was cold and looked old ,our blizzards took 35 minutes and when they arrived the blizzards were halfway melted and the server bypassed us and served everyone else the problem is she was the only one in front.
