First time using there app to order pick up. Waited 25 town headed over to pick up large order. When we arrived I was informed that they just received it when I arrived. So I told the young lady I’ll go get my kids and come back. Another 25 minutes pass and I return for my order. The management did apologize.

My husband ordered tacos @ Ingleside store last night. When they came, the tortillas were badly burned, & 1 taco was only a half shell. I ate 1,& complained to the staff. She asked me if I wanted more, & I said ok. Then we waited for a long time for them to come. Finally went to the counter,& had to wait longer. Those weren’t much better. I have been eating there for many years, but will no longer eat there again. The tacos were tasteless & the service sucked.

We ordered three patty melts, three fries and an order of tacos. The patty melts were on hamburger buns (not Texas toast) with a meat patty and slice of plastic unmelted cheese…..whose idea was this for a patty melt……we will never go again…..the fries were also cold and very greasy…..we took out.

Great ice cream products! The DQ Blizzards are the best, with many flavor combinations available. Food products — burgers, tacos, burritos, etc. — are OK. French fries are above average. My favorite food entreés is the chicken finger basket.

Ok so we walk into this Dairy Queen at 1:14pm, and order 1 banana split, and 1 peanut butter parfait. At 1:46pm I walk over to the counter and ask why haven’t I received my order yet especially since the lobby is empty? She gives me some lame excuse, and 10 minutes later we get our order. No one offers a “we’re so sorry about the wait” NOTHING!!! You can bet that I’ll put you on blast!!!

Been here several times to get blizzards and everytime disappointed cause pay all that money for a cup of ice cream apparently they have nothing to put in there blizzards and charge for it. And for the service they need more than kids running this place no customer service at all and no manners .
