I love dairy Queen. I drive over the road so I need something fast and fresh I have tried all the other fast food places and dairy Queen is the best by far. Good fresh food fries are always good in fresh and they’re blizzards are off the chart delicious. I eat there every single day while I’m on the road for lunch and sometimes for dinner as well. I would like dairy Queen to wrap my trailer and their advertising no I’m not trying to make money on it I will do it for free if they will cover the cost of the wrap. If anyone sees this please let them know.

Worst customer service ever. The store manager Monica was rude, she didn’t want to swap out an incorrect order. Instead she mouthed off to the crew. I then asked if it was an issue and she stated yes because she was wasting food, I replied it was an honest error. And she then continued to be nasty about it. I asked for her name and a number to her supervisor or a general manager and the she states she was the highest level of communication, which clearly is false. After all the fuss, she gave me my correct order, and I asked the employee who delivered my food for her name, he gave it to me and she got angry and told him to clock out. Which I thought was very childish. She needs to be fired, that man she sent home had nothing to do with us. rude and ugliest customer service ever. Dairy Queen needs to hire people with better customer service. I would’ve given no stars.

Dairy Queen waters down their gravy now? This is flour water and nothing more. I didn’t go to Whataburger because I wanted actual gravy. now, I’m regretting not doing so, AND I paid for an extra gravy to ensure I had enough of the awesomeness; so this let-down is real.

The staff here are always friendly, no matter how busy it gets, and the Blizzard’s are always delish. We just moved out of SA, and I will miss the cheerful faces at this particular DQ. Y’all take care and thanks for all the ice cream!

Ordered 3 small orioles blizzard proceeded the weight 45 minutes after which sing. People that ordered after me get their order first. When they order grill food. Like burgers and fries And to top that off, they were runer then a frosty from Wendy’s. Just, I’ll just have to go to sonic if I wanna milkshake from now on.

We waited 40 mins for our 4 blizzards and 1 dipped cone. After asking why the order was taking so long they said the ice cream wasn’t ready, but we saw the employees handing ice cream and blizzards to the customers in the drive thru the whole time while we were waiting. After we got our order, the dipped cone was literally dripping as they handed it to us. We could not even enjoy it. They were under staffed and not able to be attentive to the customers. They locked the doors 30 mins before closing and everyone in the restaurant had to wait so long to even be let out. Very Poor management. I understand that at times places like this can get chaotic but if they would’ve just communicated to us that the ice cream wasn’t ready we could have easily left and go somewhere else.

Always get stuck in the drive thru around 4-6 pm, 30-45 minutes, sandwiched between cars, no way to get out. Tried to cancel an order today and they *said* it was already ready to go – went in to pay for it and had to wait another 5 minutes. The fries were stale and the blizzards had an awful chemical aftertaste. We then went to a different Dairy Queen to compare the quality and confirmed that this location has some issues to address…

This place was a joke. We waited 30 minutes for ice cream cones. All for them to be melting as soon as they gave them to us. People kept complaining and leaving while we were there. Wish they would have advised that the ice cream machine was not cooling correctly before we purchased

Are you kidding me? I ordered three tacos and I asked for extra hot sauce and they told me it was $.75 a packet.!!!!! Horrible customer service, but most of all what a rip off!!! They just lost a customer as I will never return to this location again…. And after having your tacos, maybe you should focus on serving fresh taco shells instead and not stale ones instead of poking people’s eyes out with $.75 for a packet of hot sauce!!!
