What a great experience! We are visiting from out of town and needed a late night treat and they did not disappoint. I have an allergy and asked if they could wipe the blizzard machine and they very carefully did so. They blizzards were packed with candy and the service was excellent. Everyone was so kind even though I know it was close to the end of the evening. Would come again!

ordered 3 items. they gave us the ice cream cone first so it began melting for 5 minutes while we waited for our blizzards which weren’t even the right ones (not to mention the flavor we ended up receiving was strawberry cheesecake )

Went here after an unpleasant experience at the culver’s in town. Everything was textbook perfect. This will be my place while staying in Kerrville 🙂

Drive thru Lady was absolutely Rude taking my order, once i pulled up to window she yanked my credit card out of my hand as well. I will be calling Corporate first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommed no one stop at this location due to the Horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been to this Dairy Queen 2 times in the last 3 months and both times have been completely dissatisfied. The service was mediocre. All I came for was a blizzard the first time the blizzard wasn’t full and was covered with ice cream on the outside and not mixed well. This last time the blizzard was full. I ordered a mint Oreo and they added so little mint and Oreo that the first 5 bites were good then the bottom 2/3rds had zero Oreo and zero mint and was plain vanilla ice cream. My mom also got a m&m blizzard and she had the same experience with hers. They do not mix them at all and add very little toppings! I will never go back to this Dairy Queen. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nothing like an obviously sick, feverish cashier that won’t stop rubbing her snot on everything, that has set the temp to 79 degrees and burnt food . At least I can look forward to getting the flu

Waited 10 mins to get service because all employees were outside watching a fire. Tables haven’t been cleaned salt and pepper shakers have dried up ketchup on them.
