Came to the drive thru gave my order for 3 blizzards, and 5 minutes later was told they were out of ice cream. I’ve never heard of any Dairy Queen running out of ice cream ♀️. My husband was trying to back up out of the drive thru and they turned all the lights out. It was 9:50 so maybe because it was close to closing they were trying to leave.

DQ just isn’t what it used too be at all, and My favorite spots in Austin Tx in Pflugerville. Been here two times and the employees at the drive thru are a bit snappy at times and not the best customer service but the food isn’t all bad , first time my fries were cold and was a bit upset but the sandwich was good. My second visit was better but still with the customer service its just not there, maby if the employees had a better attitude at the drive thru the experience wouldn’t be so bad but it is what it is, so just had too give a fair review

Watched the cooks prepare the food from the drive thru and was grossed out a bit. None of the cooks wear gloves. One in particular kept rubbing and scratching her face and then handle food bare handed.

Went there for dinner the other night The manager is somewhat rude in the cashier didn’t listen and when I got home My sister’s ranch look like it was two weeks old it was curdled and it was nasty I did not like that so I had to throw it out and she had to use ketchup other than that the food is good The atmosphere is good the building is clean.

This was the best Dairy Queen that I have been to in awhile! The assist Mgr waited on us and really knew the original blizzard choices from the past and added whatever combo of flavors in my blizzard no problem! All the staff was very friendly and made sure that every order was done right and that every customer was taken very good care of!

I ordered a hungerbuster. When I got my order and opened up the wrapper a fly flew out of my burger. I was totally grossed out! I received a refund but the cashier was giving me the side eye as if I was lying! I have eaten at several Dairy Queen’s and never experienced anything like this!

Super slow service, but the food was really good. I think that they forgot about our order until I asked about it and then they brought it to us 5 minutes later. The portions were really generous though, a good size for the price we payed. I don’t recommend going here if you are in a hurry, but if you have time, it is fine.

I understand the employees at DQ are trained to cook certain meals and follow instructions during rush hour but no matter if they’re busy or not they’re always on phones and laughing together screwing up orders. Like we the customers work hard for the money we make . When I called to speak with the Mmanager she was rushing my explanation because she was worried about her bus line, when she should worry about her employees doing things correctly.
