Wow. I usually hate Dairy Queen because the one in Dayton SUCKS!!!!!! Daughter and I had some Teen Tot Mommy time so we came here to get ice cream. Brenda waited on us. She was cleaning when we walked in… actually cleaning. She smiled and was super friendly and welcomed us like we knew her. We ordered our ice cream and she brought it to us, upside down…like they do on the commercial. The atmosphere was so nice that we stayed and got a couple of bottles of water and a snack too. She is amazing and one of the best employees I have ever encountered at Dairy Queen. Also a young man came in and started working while we were there

The food was hot! Like hot hot! I love when a fast food joint takes the time to actually make the food to order if the customer flow isn’t enough to keep an item ready. Serving old food is a serious issues with most places I’ve tried, and with these prices I’m look for FRESH convenience, and the DQ delivered.

Been taking my daughter here for years now my grandkids. Awesome staff they know our order prior to me speaking. Usually dine in but in times im in a rush im in and out. Managers are superb and workers friendly. Almost feels like a eating at a friends. Haley says hello and thank ALL of Yall for being so kind.

Did not receive the food that I ordered. I ordered 2 steak finger dinners and 1 chicken strip dinner. Was given the drinks and desserts and told “we are making sure your order is served freshed, so can you please drive around and we will bring it out to you”…I didn’t mind to wait, but when FINALLY (it was quite longer wait than normal) getting our meal and driving home (my fault for not checking the bag before leaving) we find that the only items right were the drinks and desserts. We received all chicken strips and they did not even have counts that we had ordered correct. I did not go back to let them know, because the drive was out of the way and we were trying to pick up food before the bad storm was to come thru.

So dairy queen… Brings back memories of my childhood. Of course the ones I went to then were more of a stand and there was no inside. This dairy queen has amazing service and I have basically fallen in love with their burgers. The food is always fresh and prepared quickly. The bathrooms can get a little nasty but I think that is because if where this location is and the homeless people nearby whom I have seen sitting inside. Otherwise we love it here and it is where we go after kids soccer games.

I ordered thru Doordash for pickup,I arrived at the specified time and my order was not made yet,so I waited the girl I spoke with was friendly and they were starting to get busy inside and outside,about 12 people inside and out made and received their orders so finally I after about 30 min waiting I asked again about my order, they had forgotten and it was sitting on a table they handed it to me and when I opened it up in the truck it was cold,I was already running late for work so I took it and left,not my worst restaurant experience but also not great
