As someone who goes out of their way to be polite to retail workers, fast food in particular cause I been there. But when I went in and asked for their help and opinion, I could not have inconvenienced them more with my existence in that restaurant. After i asked him “how are you today” as i browsed the menu, The blonde long haired guy even blatantly ignored me every time I tried to speak to him other then the order being placed. After leaving the other fella that put our order together literally stuffed our napkins in the bag like a child. I will look forward to going back for more food and I will still be nice to spite them now. Food was F#@×ng DELICIOUS. Cook back there carrying the entire franchise on his burger buns.

I’ve tried to give this Dairy Queen a fair shot. It’s terrible compared to the location on Pasadena Blvd. The staff doesn’t take pride in presentation or quality of the food. I’ve visited three times now and each time my food is thrown together and tastes mediocre. Cold fries, stale buns, overcooked meat. Wet burgers. It’s really frustrating because I know for a fact that they can do better. The only good experience I’ve had here is when I came in for a Blizzard replacement when the GM was on duty. It was made perfectly. Staff shouldn’t have to be supervised for things to be done correctly. I’m never going to this location again. It’s a waste of my money. Do yourself a favor and just visit the location in Pasadena Blvd. The food is always fresh and delicious.

This location is always so busy but quick and accurate. I will drive out of my way to go to this DQ. Their staff is friendly and the store is always clean. My order is always right and fresh. I recommend this location over the others in the area.

Had lunch here today inside . Had the bacon cheese burger. Very tasty and received my order quickly. Now for the stand out. All employees were in their place working very efficiently. However, Gina was running circles around all of them . Taking orders when needed, working on the ice cream machine, answering questions, and leading the team! This is the type of person every establishment of this type must have. It is always great to see the manager leading! I hope the owner of this Dariy Queen sees and rewards this type of hard work.

Over 10 minutes to get an order of chili cheese fries. No explanation as to the reason for the long wait. The dairy queen app is a joke. This store does not have the ability to scan the app to accrue points. There is nothing on the app or the receipt to claim points after ordering. There is also no online ordering available. The food was good though.

I stopped by DQ because it’s 100° today and needed to cool off. I went through the drive thru and they were very polite when taken my order. The food came out hot and correct on the first try! What more can you ask for in the drive thru. Good job!

I was in drive thru and The ice cream was good as always but the lady there was not good she had an attitude my little sis (3) said hi ..hi! And we said she said hi but she gave us the ice cream and quickly shut the little sliding door (rolling eyes).
