Scammed at this place. I ordered 2 mini blizzards and 2 jalitos. The lady said blizzards come in 6 oz cup. I found 1 small cup inside 6 oz cup with half filled blizzards and 5-6 pieces of jalitos were in the box. I heard the cashier telling the employee who was preparing jalitos to put 1 jalitos in two bags and half fill. Upon receiving the order and seeing the jalitos quantity I told the cashier this doesn’t seen right amount. He was rude and didn’t respond. I was in hurry so left and discovered the cup in a cup for blizzards. Never going there again. Contacted corporate. No response.

So this franchise needs to get their act together on the time they close. This is the 2nd time I’ve come at 9pm and they’re closed!! DQ website, Google, and their own doors all state they close at 10. If you’re gonna change your hours, fine. Put up a notice. But if you just have lazy employees…. hire better staff. Drive through is kinda slow, but I don’t mind waiting for ice cream. But the hours thing is unacceptable. No accurate hours listed anywhere???

Sat at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, staff refused to answer speaker. Drove up to window lady said they close at 8:45. Several customers in front and behind me. It was 9pm when I made it to window. I know it’s hard to find good employees these days.

This establishment states that it closes at 10pm. We pulled up to the lobby at 9:16 and the lobby had a note on the door saying that the lobby was closed, but the Drive through was open. We went to the drive through only to find it dark and when we pulled up there were 2 women wouldn’t even come to the window and basically starred at us. We blew the horn to ask why we’re they closed when Google and their door said they closed at 10. One came and spoke through the window saying I don’t know why it says that we closed at 9. The owner should get the hours together. Ironically this was the day that Free cones were supposed to be given. Unacceptable and those two were rude as hell!

Customer service was okay, not rude but definitely “what’s your order, alright next” attitude. I got a large blizzard, and they asked if i wanted a lid I said no as it would get messy by the time i got home. They gave me my blizzard with a lid….. got home and a mess was made and lost some of the product.
