I came over the weekend to get some ice cream. I always check online for the store hours before heading out there. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. When I arrived they were closed. If the owner or staff can update the hours of the store. It will save me time and gas to know the correct hours of the store.

Was at this Dairy Queen at 10:00 pm in the drive through about to order. Then all the lights turn off even though it says they closed at 11 and didn’t take my order. I want all the employees there at that time FRIED

I would give a 5/5, but almost every time I order my order, it’s missing the chocolate syrup (even though it comes with it as a standard). Otherwise great place. 🙂

Don’t get me wrong guys, I love Dairy Queen. They have food that not everyone has. It’s just sometimes you get a goof up here and there. Other than that they are still on a list of my choices. When you go there be patient and give them the opportunity to correct their mistakes. It is hard to keep up with other fast-food chains as it is. Dairy Queen is iconic but it has It’s moments of age showing.

“Can i get a #4 cheese only with dr pepper” “okay soo you dont want lettuce tomato onion and pickle only cheese?” “Yes cheese only” “okay just cheese and what drink?” “Dr pepper” “ok what else” “thats all” my burger did not infact have JUST CHEESE. How are we going to have a whole conversation to clarify what JUST cheese means if you cant even execute said job?

Drove 30 minutes so that I could have one of DQ’s famous dipped cones. The guy who took my order seemed very distracted and not attentive. When I pulled up to the window, I could see a manager running around with paperwork and money in her hands. They were closing in about 30 minutes, so I figured they were just ready to be done. There were 4 cars ahead of me and the whole wait (from ordering to getting my cone) was 30 minutes. This location has trash everywhere outside. Honestly had me second guessing purchasing from this location because of the outside mess and the lack of customer service when ordering. I will say the cone was delicious, even though the dipped chocolate was not solidified.
