Good customer service. This is my first time here. These employees are short staffed yet made like 8 cream treats at one time and let us know that it would be a few minutes. Only 3 minutes later we were all set. I will be going back for more treats . Good employee attitude goes a long way. Especially these days when people are so panicky and hard on fast food workers. I ordered onion rings and asked for ranch the girl says oh we have to charge you. I said usually u get 1 sauce for a small and 2 for a large. So i get no sauce. So this is crazy! I asked for no lettuce on the tacos and I literally have half of an inch at bottom of taco with meat and cheese and tomatoes. Half of an inch between those ingredients. I have called in before and complained about this. What’s the deal? Just a heads up for anyone else who likes the tacos at Dairy Queen! If they charged us a fraction of the cost, it would make sense.

You know i really haven’t ever cared to much about eating at DQ until now. This was the freshest, cleanest, friendliest, fastest DQ I’ve ever been in. If I could’ve given them more stars I would’ve. Thought the Choco Browine Exteme was all chocolate. I use to get this all the time with chocolate and that is why I asked for it. I had a chocolate craving tonight. But it was made with vanilla ice and when I asked about it and was told that they don’t have chocolate ice cream and will be bringing it in soon…just very confusing when I use to get it. So my chocolate craving was not satisfied this time.

I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get a bag to carry my box of steak fingers in. They said it’s their new policy. I’m on crutches, so after I said that she offered to go get me a bag. I won’t return back there. This is the second bad visit for me. I really liked the Taco salad, so I returned for another 1, & they put to much lettuce & not enough meat. I asked for extra & they had a problem with that. Dairy Queen has been 1 of my places because of the banana split since the 80s. Really will miss yall.
