Wouldn’t even give a star but I had to. The night shift employees are super rude . When I tried to place my order the cashier at the drive Thru window had an attitude. She would not let me finish my order and kept say what else, like she was mad she had to work . When we pulled up to the window her and another employee started staring at us and then started laughing . Both had long fingernails and was touching their heads and proc to try to make our stuff with out washing hands.. so we asked for a refund and with an additional attitude asked why. Once we got the money back they proceeded to say we’ll why you even come in the drive thru anyways.. very rude and we will not be going back

This DQ in Marlin was pleasant surprise! Before going, read one particular review with issues. My experience was the opposite. We were waited on by a pleasant employee. The store had fun Halloween decorations and there was a drop-in bowl to draw a winner.

So. I pull up in drive thru last night. Sit at order window machine for 5min. No answer. Cool. Pull up behind truck in front of me. Notice lady taking orders on a note pad. Cool. My turn she noticed 1sec to me. Walked inside. Sat in line for 20mins. 20 mins…. no order taken. Only 3 cars in line. Me and 2 in front of me. 30min pass. I pull out and around. Go inside. Only 2 people inside. I order. Go to get my drink Dr pepper is completely water. Cool. Pour it out. Go to get sprite. It’s brown. Like. Brown brown. Cool. Spilled drinks and trash all over place. A guy was standing inside the lobby waiting on his food. Flirting with the staff all laughy laughy. Smoking. SMOKING INSIDE right by the counter. Order was to go. They asked twice. Finally get my order. It was on a food tray to eat there. Even the cashier name was Mary Jane. It was a freaking train wreck. Photos to prove it. Im not front here. But I do pass thru here. And never again will I even ever consider.

I ordered a Hunger Buster Jr today and when I bit into it discovered that there was no meat in my burger. At this point I was already back on the road and on a time crunch to get to my destination, so I did not have a chance to turn around. Check your burgers before you leave! Very disappointing.

I ordered steak finger basket got meat no gravy or bread I ask for gravy.I got drink and later found a plastic thing in my drink ,I called them they said come get another drink but I live 20 miles away so wasn’t happy with everything.I had to ask for the gravy also.

Went through the drive-thru they didn’t have the burger they had online… they also didn’t have the burger featured on their menu. I wasn’t super upset about it but then the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude and after I said well that was rude she didn’t apologize and just told me my total and to pull up. I asked to speak to the manager and after I told him what had happened (he had a headset on so he should have been able to hear the whole exchange anyway) he didn’t even apologize. I ended up just telling them Nevermind on my order and going somewhere else. A little customer service would have gone a long way. Definitely won’t be returning.
