Last few visits in a row. They never got the order completely correct. And on the last two visits. The burgers had stale buns and the fries were old.. also the cook had long hair but no hair net. Not very satisfied at all. It used to be my favorite place to eat….

The Switch Bit
I feel bad because the state of customer service in general is in steep decline. There seems to be a significant lack of care, empathy and compassion in customer service these days. The youth who are often working the front in establishments do not seem to have pride in their work. The prices of goods have skyrocketed and at this point, the food isn’t worth thw price especially if your staff doesn’t even pretend to wanna be present. I feel bad for owners who have to deal with this level of worker but here we are. Probably won’t be back to this place again. I can take a handful of oreos and put it in a blender with mediocre ice cream for a fraction of the price and with a bigger smile than anyone here can seem to muster.

Called in an order last night. Had to repeat it 3 times before they got it. Then both burgers didn’t have the cheese requested on them. Husband still had to wait 30 minutes for order after being called in. They were out of ice cream. How is a Dairy Queen out of ice cream. ?? This Dairy Queen’s service had improved for awhile but now it’s just bad again. Doubt that we will be back any time soon.

The guy who took our order and fixed the food was so kind… however, the little blonde with the headset was very off-putting. She was learning or pretty much laying the top half of her body across the front counter the whole time we where there, which was about an hour. She ticked me off when she told me there was no ice for the drinks and that all drinks would be hot. And I asked why they didn’t just go buy some bagged ice to put in their ice bin and she shrugged and said, well our managers not here. So she didn’t care weather we had anything to drink with our food. The gravy was so old and cold it wasn’t edible. And my snickers blizzard that I know was not cheap had old tasting candy in it and I couldn’t eat it at all. The kids had blizzards with oreos and they were ok. I was in shock that the blonde literally was not helping anyone or at least trying to look busy. I will never set foot back in that place. Photo of the nastiest looking gravy in the world. Thru could have at least warmed it up.

This is the very best Dairy Queen you will ever visit,the staff are friendly and even when there’s a line to the road they are efficient,friendly and always say thank you ,I’ve been both for lunch and for dinner and both evening shift and night shifts are amazing,the cooks are friendly and make sure you get what you order and if they are out of anything they will suggest something just as good ,I’ve told my friends and family,will return

I’ve gone here twice so far, and probably won’t be back. The first time I went, they couldn’t make the drinking wanted. The second time, They definitely destroyed my moolatte, and I was super disappointed. The Staff were friendly enough, but because the product was trash, I can’t say it was worth it . Maybe the other products are good.

The buns on my burger and my dads was old and the fries were cold definitely have been setting out more than an hour and the guy making our food had no hair net and the dude had hair to his shoulders so idk if that’s a requirement but very in appetizing
