All these years I never knew you could sit inside maybe I thought it was like Sonic Drive Thru or maybe I had the two confused anyway went on a dinner date & enjoyed it. Thanks to the staff that were helping cook the food, greet the customers & keep the place warm.

Very rude staff, especially the manager. It took 10 mins to order the food, which she repeatedly asked what we wanted, and we told her 3x we wanted a grilled chicken salad for 10 mins. Then, we waited another 10 minutes to receive the food, which came out incorrect. They gave us crispy chicken when we repeatedly said grilled. When we went inside to get our order corrected, we were told that we ordered crispy, not grilled. After trying to argue with us, they offered to remake the food it was just going to take 10 more minutes. The staff is very unprofessional. We will not be visiting again this is the 3rd time this exact thing happened.

Stopped in for a quick treat after a day if shopping and was disappointed that I wanted a vanilla coca cola and the girl behind the counter gave me a cup with the vanilla flavoring and I went to the machine to get my coke and it was empty no coke what so ever. No one offered to change it out they just continued working. They didn’t even offer to give me a new cup so I ended up getting sprite since I am not a diet coke person. So needless to say it wasn’t as refreshing as I had hoped. My husband got ice cream and he enjoyed it but it seems like this place had a lot of young people working which could have been the reason no one took the initiative to change out the coke machine.

I went in for a quick lunch take out order left disgusted and hungry. I had order a patty melt to go. After sitting around for more then 20 mins my meal was finally brought to me . I decided to eat in since already been seated. I unwrapped my burger to find my bread soggy , meat uncooked, cheese wasn’t melted and a slob of sauce. My mother county basket I had order was very uncooked as well . I asked to be compensated for the meal. The manager was very unprofessional during the process. Never offered apologizy or even tried to ask my opinion for any constructive criticism to be given to better the companys future sales ..

The service is slow except for the flow of the Drive thru. If I would have known that I would have gone through the drive-through and took my food inside to eat. The service was friendly as soon as we got attended to.

Food was good, although they gave my granddaughter a triple buster instead of a hunger buster, the service is very slow, we stood at the counter for 15 min with other customers waiting for someone to come help us, there were no employees in sight. When we went back to order our ice cream, it was good but they forgot the strawberry’s on my strawberry Sunday. Maybe they are short staffed. The shift leader that brought our order out was friendly but the GM (I think) that took our order seemed annoyed that she had to deal with us

Went in and ordered ice cream. I asked for a small cup of water. The cashier wanted to charge for tap water when everything in the store is already over-priced. I refused to pay for tap water. No problem though. They will never have to worry about me setting foot in Harker Heights Dairy Queen again for ice cream or food, all thanks to a greedy store manager.

It’s a Dairy Queen. Good soft serve ice cream but the slowest service in the West. The store looks about 50 years old and worn out. I did not dine in. Went through drive thru. Service was ok but again. It’s a Diary Queen.

Ordered 2 double meat bacon cheeseburgers. Get home no bacon and no cheese. The chicken dinner the chicken was so hard you couldn’t even eat it. Sad to say we won’t be going back
