The service at this DQ is consistently awesome. Definitely above average. They never mess up orders either, even late at night close to closing. I always go here and get the tacos. I think they have a great flavor for fast food tacos, and you can’t beat the price. All the others things are standard: burgers, fries, great ice cream and blizzards. What can i say? Its dairy queen!! Cant beat it.

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because I really like their beef tacos, their cheese burgers, their chocolate sundaes & heath bar blizzards. One of their locations is conveniently located near our home. They have very good lunch specials. So we do enjoy going there on the weekends.

The wait was long!! The food wasn’t hot. They prepare the food and the place it on top of a hot tray with heat lamps. You don’t get your order until the cashier has time to get it to you. And that is after waiting on the customer’s that walk into the lobby. They definitely need a manager there giving instructions to those school age kids!! It appears the kids are running things. There is no consistency!!

Service was terrible. They act like they don’t even want your business. Like it was interrupting their personal time to make my family’s blizzards… which they got the order wrong. Had to turn around to get the order corrected… went through the drive through and got the same treatment… high lack of customer service. The only light was a young lady who noticed us in line again, found out was wrong and asked us to drive to the front of the line and she would make it right. That’s why the get 3 stars instead of one.

Waited 45 minutes for my medium hot fudge sundae. It was half melted by the time I got it. The man at the counter was nice and well mannered, but it was odd that our whole order wasn’t brought out at the same time. First, it was one item (Cheeseburger), then 2 minutes later (triple chocolate brownie for kids), then after being told 3 times sorry for the wait and 45 minutes later the hot fudge sundae finally arrived. The drink machine needs deep cleaning, sprayed my wife with Hi-c orange, primarily spit out the syrup. Now her hand, shoes and shirt are stained orange. The burger was good, man behind the counter was nice, but way too slow….. Come on DQ, you’re better than this
