This is the Rufe Snow in NRH location. Not sure what’s going on but my last two blizzard ice cream’s Ive ordered were considerably smaller than usual. The one pictured that I had today is visibly below the cup line, so was my last blizzard from a different visit. For years & years they have always made the blizzards above the cup line which is why I order the small one. Hopefully, this isn’t a new process.

I ordered my food. They got the food right. I also ordered a moolatte, they put so much chocolate in there that I couldn’t enjoy it. All I got every time I took a drink was chocolate syrup. It was horrible. The pic looked so good. I know those are fake, but still. So I threw it away. I just couldn’t drink it.

The service was good. We didn’t have to wait very long in the drive-thru. My only complaint is only seen two people working and they both look exhausted. I felt like they may have been a little short-handed but when you look in the drive through a window you can see the blender and it was completely destroyed. It looked like they had blended 50 ice creams and still haven’t wiped it down. It kind of made me a little iffy about eating my blizzard I got but overall it tasted good. I just felt like it could have been a little cleaner

Decent ice cream but not decent customer service. The dude was being super rude the entire time we were ordering, after we would say anything he would rudely say “anything else” like dude calm down. If you hate your job that much you should find something else to do.

2 orders had been taken.. we were 2nd one.. we waited for 2 simple ice cream treats for over 15 min.. when young lady brought it out.. she said sorry for the wait, we are short handed. I have to say.. there is nothing special on their menue that we can’t get somewhere else.. they will have to step up customer service if they want to keep business coming in.. there is a lot of ice cream places around. we won’t go back to this one.

It’s been years that I’ve been to Dairy Queen so me and my family decided to go yesterday. My granddaughter order a kids cheese burger which she said it was ok. I ordered the #1 well since I asked for mustard and mayo my hamburger was very messy to eat . It look like the mustard and mayo was watery. My husband ordered steak finger basket and his steak fingers tasted alittle raw and had no flavor plus his gravy as well. His toast that came with was dry. There was no butter or anything on it . The employees wasn’t friendly and it took about 20-25 minutes to get our food. We were planning to get ice but since the service and food was bad we decided not to. We’ll never go back again.

Food was terrible. French fries were cold….not room temp….cold. Took my family there because of a sale on cones. My steak fingers were burnt. And cold. My whole family disappointed….even the children. My husband told staff that he had the worst hamburger ever. He NEVER complains at restaurants. I wanted to be understanding because of employee shortages but there was NO excuse for the food we were served. Another DQ going to bite the dust. Heartbreaking.

I just left dairy Queen 10 minutes ago. I had to get my thoughts together because the young man at the drive-thru window wearing a hat with a do-rag on underneath his hat wasn’t tied down. It’s obvious it was tied down because the strings were hanging , It was obvious to ensure , your dreads didn’t get messed up from the hat instead of just wearing a hair and that so your hair doesn’t get in anybody’s food or product. The young man was very rude when I asked him a question. Customer service is everything. I understand it’s hot. I understand you may not even want to work, but anything that you do you need to be respectful at all times. I do not understand why some of the youth or younger adults feel they should have all this respect and not give any respect is due to a dog and when you work with the public doing anything that’s dealing with customers and customer service. Please be on your A game whether you had a job wiping toilets or worse. Carry some respect for what you do and respect for the people you serve. There will be times when customers can be rude. However, there should never be a time for you to be rude as an employee when someone’s not being rude to you. So clearly you need some training on respecting people at all times, especially when they’re respectful to you. And maybe you was upset because you spent most of your time leaning on the drive-through window texting on your phone. Please retrain him on customer service. I don’t believe anybody should be fired but I do believe that they should be retrained and if they can’t get it right after that then do what you have As a company. I’ve been coming to dairy Queen for a very long time and everyone else I’ve ever encounted has been polite except for that one young man that was there today and today’s date is June 11th 2023. I have gone several times now looking to try the churro dipped cone that is advertised on the windows and menu but they claim to not have it every time I have tried. One of the times I decided to order the frozen hot chocolate….also advertised on the windows but they claimed to not have that either. The service is always rude here…the owners need to do something.
