I have passed this location everyday for almost a year, and there’s always a line going out into the street. I was curious what all the hype was about, and honestly I’m confused. The food was meh. Not much else to say. The chicken tenders were over cooked and it kind of tasted like old grease. The fries has a weird rubbery texture, and has a plasticky hint to them. most of the meal was lukewarm to cold. My boyfriend said the burger was alright. But he had to put his own condiments on it for it to taste decent. And his sprite wasn’t very carbonated. A little flat. I also didn’t like their drink selection for the kids meals. They should have juice boxes of some kind. The price for 2 kids meals, one basket, and one burger combo totalled over 32 dollars. Incredibly expensive for the portions and taste. Not worth the lines out onto the street.

Had to do some work in McKenney and had lunch here. Food was good but the service needs some help. The cashier seem like he was having a bad day it brought me down. Like dude cheer up whatever you going through will be OK

There was nobody in front of me when I got there. One couple in the store. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the woman at the register looked at a tablet and entered orders. I was doing a food delivery so time was important. She took her time entering those orders again, about 5 minutes, before she even asked how I could be helped. I also have been in the restaurant business for several years. I would definitely take care of the person standing in front of me. I think this person was a manager also. I don’t mean to be rude honestly, but maybe she just isn’t able to multi-task.

Horrible. Went for ice cream on a hot Saturday night in June. Only two cars in drive thru and parking lot empty. Should have been a warning. Cashier who took order not personable. Flat disinterested monotone as if she preferred she didn’t have to take an order. I ordered a small hot fudge Sundae. Was given a cup of melted vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of fudge in the middle. It was just a puddle in a cup with a squirt of cold chocolate. Shameful. Will not be going back.

We been here before in the drive-through. However, during this visit, we went inside and got great services. Could have gotten more strawberry on my banana split.

This location obviously can’t read a Door Dash order. We received french fries instead of onion rings, didn’t receive the drink with the combo at all, paid extra for onions but none were on the sandwich, received a totally wrong flavor blizzard not even close to what we ordered & the other drink was sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. It’s ridiculous that they can’t even read an order to get it correct. Yes, I did receive a credit with Door Dash but that didn’t help us on wanting what we actually ordered.

Showed up like 45 min before they closed, line was crazy long but I’m pregnant and wanted a blizzard so bad. Waited like 20 min to get to the speaker, the girl was so pleasant despite being super busy with constant cars this close to close. I feel like lots of places throw attitude when they just wanna close but still gotta work. Anyway, she made the absolute best freaking blizzard I’ve ever had in my life and she did the lil upside down thing that I really appreciate so whoev the girl w the cute lil neon nails working drive thru on cinco de Mayo, I hope you get employee of the month and a raise bc you are so good at your job

So, how come it’s not advertised the employees need extra time to clean up hot food and therefore do not offer it even when still open? Why is it now acceptable to have lazy and incompetent managers who do not seem to know how to maintain a business? This is quite common among many stores, but this was surprising. So, they get a 20 minute head start for cleaning, so they stop hot food orders. Laziness. How do fast food employees demand $15 an hour, but refuse to work for it? I am and when you guys do this, it impedes on my income as well disrupts a customer. Good job for being apart of the problem.

I pulled up about 20mins before closing. There were two people in front of me. Within 5 minutes there were 6 more cars behind me, trailing a line out to the street. The line formed before I even ordered but the people working were still very nice and helpful.

My family and I came in just for 2 blizzards and we sat there for 20minutes and never got them. A family came in after us by like 5 minutes and they got there’s but we continued to sit and wait till we weren’t going to wait any longer. They are very unorganized back in their kitchen, they told us our order got bumped off the screen. My 3 year old really wasn’t happy about leaving without getting his blizzard.
