Ladies there were great very positive…. Very polite and very patient… my great niece went up to the cashier of course she couldn’t be seen or be heard…. But the cashier got close to her and just smile and that was very nice of her to acknowledge her this way… other places would’ve ignored her and not even bothered… by the way they loved their ice cream at D.Q.

First time trying the Oreo Blizzard and we love it, my daughter got the chicken basket and for me the triple burger with mayo, Nadia welcomed us as soon as we arrived to the entrance with a smile in her face! Came through Tonight for something different from my usual spots. It was fairly busy but my wait wasn’t as long as I expected. The cook staff did an awesome job as the food was great . Haylie provided excellent and friendly service while serving me as well as taking orders and while ensuring mine was accurate. Best DQ trip in a while. Keep it up y’all

Very fresh hot fries best part of the experience. Ordered burger combo drinks were watered down burger while hot lacked the flavor of an all in everything burger. No condiments on burger mustard, mayo, etc. lettuce and tomato lack luster and flavor. Had better DQ experiences at different locations at more competitive cost points. Have come to learn different experiences with independent vs corporate own DQ establishments. Will not return. The outside building was renovated however inside and counter decor could use refreshing. Staff typical fast food I don’t want to be here attitude.

I thought I had seen a commercial that said something about the Blizzard being a special price. That was the reason I took my grandson there today. The employees didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. There was a buy one/get one for a special price (which wasn’t what I saw), so we got that. I normally love DQ. We just don’t go often since it isn’t very close to us. I don’t usually get a Blizzard myself so I’m not familiar with them. I got the cookie dough flavor. I only ate a few bites of it because my mouth felt coated with grease. Maybe it’s only that flavor, IDK. The employees were all very nice and helpful. I will still go to DQ but will stay away from that item.
