My last visit wasn’t that great. Chicken strip basket. The chicken strip were good. Stacked on top. Next was the toast (ok). And on bottom was the fries. Cold, under cooked, and slightly stale.

Went to drive through on Sunday the 18th. When I pulled up I was asked to please wait. I did wait for about 6 minutes. I decided to pull around to the parking area and go in since there was no one inside the dinning area and the drive through was not being attended to.

Literally every time I go here the blizzard order is either wrong or not even blended. I’ve never ordered food from there because of this issue. Just make the trip across town to Braums. It’s so frustrating that you spend money and hope it’s correct and get all the way home to incorrect items.

Regularly long wait times in the drive thru. Overly salted fries and tenders on a regular basis. Went by at 9:40pm tonight and we’re told they were closed already. We informed her that it says they close online at 10 and she told us they’re closed because they had to clean the ice cream machine…

Got there they answered the box, then when we went to order they said to give them a minute. The bun and meat was cold and cheese not melted and fries were not hot. My tea was good. Burger and fries went in the trash. The girl at the window had got mixed up on orders. Very disappointed I was looking forward to a good hot juicy cheeseburger.

Very bad customer experience with this place. I work in food and this was the opposite of what I expected. I waited several minutes at the window before someone even greeted me. When I was finally noticed, the employee asked had I been helped yet. This is unacceptable, you should know if I had or not. After paying, I then had to wait several more minutes, only for TWO blizzards. Not to mention, the blizzards were not even good. Ice cream is what this place is known for and I shouldn’t have been in line for 15 minutes. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. Get it together.
