I’ve traveled all over the United States, but Vandalia, MO Dairy Queen is by far the best I’ve ever been too. The food is always good and fresh, the employees working there actually look happy to be there. (That’s kind of a big deal in todays atmosphere) It’s always clean, and just overall a great place to get a quick bite and relax. Thanks Vandalia DQ for standing out as the best!

I asked my wife to pick me up something to eat Monday evening when she dropped off her mom in vandalia my wife brought me home a double cheese burger when I opened up the the container to eat my sandwich I looked at my wife asking her where is the burgers the sandwich had everything on it except the 2 burgers. I was disappointed and upset but it is definitely a good story. I have never had place ever leave the meet off my sandwich so I would suggest if you go to vandalia DQ you better make sure your meat is on your bun.

I’m not sure why i keep coming here because 99% of the time when i ask for no tomato i have to pick it off myself. at least this time they made it without like I’ve asked but if they would work on the sauce and bacon placement they’d deserve two stars.

It’s my hometown DQ, I love it! Can never give it 5 stars on the strength they take too long and the quality of a couple of items aren’t consistent… I’ve been away too long and expect certain things. But hey, it’s usually manned by a bunch of high-school kids, so I understand.

The service and food quality has gone downhill drastically. It’s a shame that this location doesn’t participate in the DQ rewards program or accept either app or online orders. I highly doubt that I will be returning to the Vandalia location. At least the Bowling Green location is there for their customers.

Almost every time we go here, the order is either not right or taste so old it should have been thrown out. Tonight we went through drive, ordered a triple steak house burger meal, and a double bacon cheese burger. The steak house was made like a single cheese burger with the steak house sauce, no onion rings on it. The double bacon burger was also only a single. Don’t recommend waisting your money. On top of it being wrong, it tasted like it had been sitting for an hour and just reheated. I understand mess ups, not a big deal we’re all human, but this is almost every time we go there.
