Sorry to say but this store was in shambles the day we visited. A/C was not working and fans everywhere, front freezers appeared to be down, door by handicap parking was broken and so was the soda machine. Food was ok but below par for Dairy Queen. Table had ants crawling on it. Will be a long while before I try this location again

It’s an intresting place. The sign out front reads Dairy Queen but the menu inside seems to be a cheap imitation. The $4 small Cherry Mr. Misty (artic blast) I just bought looked and tasted like a very weak cherry slush water. It was horrible and a waste of my hard earned money. This is not the Pekin Dairy Queen I used to love. I am bummed.

So I’m going to do my best to be polite. But lately this particular place I’ve tried to get a different flavor from there even called ahead. Was told yes we have chocolate ice cream and we get answered with yes do. Just to be disappointed with vanilla. I just want some honesty and chocolate ice cream. Used to be good food and fast service foods gone down hill super long waits if the owner is there you can bet that your ice cream will have as little toppings as possible there cheap and try to save money anywhere they can all the girls that work in their seem frightened when he’s around and scared to be polite to people

We ordered a Large Turtle Sundaes And received extremely small plastic cups of ice cream that did not have hot fudge on them but crunchy chocolate a couple pecans. No caramel no hot fudge not going back

Took my child in store tonight to enjoy a snack in a different environment. Staff has note posted at door stating they would like respect from customers, same needs to be shown to the patrons. If a child is in the store please choose more appropriate music and more appropriate language(even if you are on/off the clock). Also if you see a customer standing at the register I know it gets overwhelming when busy, but please don’t make eye contact several times and say nothing,it’s polite to at least acknowledge. All we needed was a lid so my child could take the rest of the ice cream home for later. Thank you and again respect goes both ways.
