If I could I’d rate it all 0. I got charged 3x for Xtra peanut butter. I asked for a little extra and got told I had to be charged per layer and there was already 3 layers. I said I count 2. She said it mixed together. I don’t believe this. And the manager just stood there and let me walk away without a word. Very ashamed of the service I received from this establishment.

Management doesn’t believe in customer service! Staff did a bad job. When they don’t do there job, the manager won’t honor the DQ moto of your blizzard will be presented to you upside down or you get a free one. I stated that she tilted the cup from 12 o’clock position to 2 o’clock.not even a 90 degree angle. Let alone obviously not upside down. And the mngr said the employee attempted to do their job…really? DON’T go to Morris location! Poor quality job and service and NO customer service!

Recommended chicken tender basket by a friend. Staff was friendly. The food was good. Did not disappoint. Great place to stop for a quick bite. Next time, we’ll stay longer for ice cream treats.
