Everytime we go the burgers are awesome, fries and onion rings are hot and perfect, and the drinks are perfect, not too much ice and not too little ice. The shakes are excellent!!! As far as service, the employees are outstanding, we’re always greeted with a smile, very pleasant and knowledgeable. We are always treated kind of like we are family. We never had a bad experience at the Dairy Queen in Rugby North Dakota, ever. We would go more often but we are on a fixed income. If we had the money we would go there once or twice a week.

I’m disappointed in our lunch yesterday. My husband and my father in law give them business almost daily. Yesterday they charged for brownies to be added in a blizzard. Then they only had so many ff done and didn’t feel we needed ff. So out of 4 meals everyones ff were hard, cold and didn’t even give us half a box of ff. If we wouldn’t have got all the way home with the kids I would have went back. The burgers idk but the must clean with a blue brush??? Because I had blue brissltles I. My burger. I threw the whole thing away. All of it. 48.00 worth the food, ended up cooking anyways. I’m sorry but that was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen from a DQ. I told the hubby check your burgers from here on out and go next door the got 13 new subs!

The service was today. I filled my cup up then went out to grab my phone in the pickup and before I could sit down my food was ready. Impressive. Fries were great. My complaint and the reason for two stars is the hamburger tasted funky like the kind you get at a gas station then microwave it and bread wasn’t all that fresh either

I went tonight for supper in drive thru. Got home only 3 mins away. I ordered chicken strip basket . The chicken and toasted bread were both very hard.and not hot. Fries were warm and cooked good.
