I just left the drive through after ordering a four piece Chicken strip. With gravy and toast. And then I ordered an additional side of toast. And when I got home I had two orders of fries. And two chicken strips. No toast no gravy.

I made the mistake of going through the drive through. It took 10 minutes and me saying hello before someone finally took my order. I ordered a chicken strip basket with fries, two sides of gravy, and a large root beer. It took 20 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window the lady working was not sober. She gave me a small root beer. I watched her struggle for a couple minutes to get the boxed closed. When I opened the box there was only one side of gravy in it. I got charged for a larger root beer and for a small. I got charged for an additional side of gravy and only got one. The inside of the restaurant looked dirty and gross and not well taken care of.

Management needs to do some strong hiring, if you can’t get the service to speed up with the current help you have, you need to rehire better help… Or the owner need to hire better managers to get job done… this place is lousy in turn around on customer service. Drive-thru line is always constantly backed up to the driveway on the highway. And at the counter takes you 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. And 10 minutes to get somebody to take your order.

Second time I’ve tried going there to get something for my dad. Same story both times. Disorganized, takes forever, and the customers standing the store are all looking at each other wondering if they’ll ever get their order. This place really needs a better system and better management. I don’t recommend getting trapped there … especially in their drive thru.

Spent close to an hour in the drive thru last night for 2 shakes. You have designated parking spots for hot food orders that will take longer. Use them! I don’t appreciate you wasting my time. The other problem is once you’re in line you can’t get out or we would have.

Second car in line. Still waited a good ten minutes. Blizzard was suppose to be an oreo one. If there was a spoonful, I’m surprised. No napkins. No thank you. No receipt. Told there was no receipt paper till the next day.

When we walked in with our family the restaurant was dirty and chaotic. The family in front of us kept getting the wrong order handed to them. The staff started bickering back and forth and swearing. Then started joking and swearing. As my family and I sat down to eat our ice cream a fight broke out amongst one of the staff and another person. Unknown if it was staff or customer. In all it was a very unpleasant experience to put my family in with kids all being under the age of 8.

Entered the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead of me. My order was taken 17 minutes later. Ordered a PEANUT Buster Parfait ($6.19) and a glass of ice water. Proceeded to the window. The total was $9.87. I thought ice water was free, but they charged $2.99, so I canceled that part of the order.FINALLY, the young man handed be the PEANUT Buster Parfait. I told him there were NO PEANUTS. His reply: oh, we’re out of peanuts. Sorry.

This is a review for the last 3 plus years. It is super rare to ever have a good quick experience here. A blizzard will take 10 mins depending on the line 30. Staff is not typically professional. The inside is dirty. On any given night you will see one person doing all the work while others stand around. I don’t know anyone around that would rate it over 2 stars. Any other dairyqueen in the state I go to and its a shock, the differences. Do not stop here until change. I wouldn’t go here ever if I didn’t like ice cream so much.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, no pickle. I received pickles and no cheese, 25 minutes later. A boy knocked off a tray of lids, straws, and spoons, and they picked it up off the floor and put it back on the counter. Would rather skip a meal than eat there again.
