I’m not one to write reviews but this place is TERRIBLE. I have never experienced worse than New Ulm Dairy Queen. There are signs all over the menu telling you what you cant do, or cant order. This place has nothing. Also not to mention if you go within the last 10-15 minutes of it being open they always turn the grill off. They never keep the grill on until close and will refuse you. Ice cream usually comes melted, and as people have already stated the staff is RUDE. They are nasty to the costumers. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it…

Definitely not the nice place I remembered years ago…visited and was rushed with both ordering and at the window of the drive thru, then the person came out with the food asked if it was mine, when no one else was even in the lot waiting. Then ran back inside with the bag…another came out with it. Food order was wrong so had to go in and wait for additional pieces that were missed.

Together I always go here with my fiance and we always get the 4 and 6 piece tender baskets and theirs is always fresh as a 4 piece and mine the 6piece is always older. Today especially his tenders were steaming and his fries were fresh, and his gravy warm where my fries were cold and soggy, the chicken like it sat for 30 minutes and my gravy was really cold.

Stopped to get a pineapple shake on my way home . Was hungry for some ice cream and couldn’t pass up the Dairy Queen in New ULM on my way home. Great place to get your favorite ice cream at. Very friendly service and quick service to. The Guy at the counter was really in a good mood. Was a great Guy friendly and funny kind of Guy. So if you are in New ULM stop by a get yourself some ice cream and visit with him.

They made a mistake in ordering and I went to the counter to get my money back. The manager blames me. She called out the order it is my fault. The customer is always right. Never got my money back and manager was rude and she was screaming on the top of her lungs to the workers. Very mean and rude. Never will return. Horrible seating very little table and chairs to sit down. I think the manager should be fired. For being so rude.

I saw the $7.00 special on TV. I was in New ulm the same day. I decided to pick up the special. I ordered the special. No longer have that deal. GET HOME AND RIGHT ON TV SAME SPECIAL. What’s up,with that? Pick and choose just to get you there.

First ordered our food the whole time Diane was touching her face scratching her nasal opening and moving her hair. Without washing her hand she went back to make cookie icecream cakes. Then our food comes out and it is one hamburger party cut in half to make 2 burgers and the double cheeseburger is one patty cut in half and stacked together. Absolutely the most underhanded and gross experience at a DQ. Just a update been her 45 mins and she still has not washed her hands.

Really need to update the drive through system. It is so hard to hear what the employee is saying, especially when I am hard of hearing, and when it’s windy, etc. I don’t see anywhere that they offer deaf/hard of hearing accomodations

Lady split ice cream side of malt cleaned off with a dirty rag!! Then I asked for a glass for water to rinse down the malt she asked for .30 cents for a cup !!!
