The Dairy Queen here is so friendly and the service is amazing. They are often heavy on the add-ons in the Blizzards, and are always willing to correct mistakes. Grilled food is pretty consistent with other DQ/ fast food places.

The drive thru needs to be redone. Awful bumpy and oldish. Other than that the service and food were great. Just need to fix driveway to drive thru. Went there again ( June 10th,2023) and had to wait for chicken tenders and after they give us them they still forgot my small fries. All the workers were standing by drive thru window talking and they all still forgot my fries.

Will not visit this place again. I purchased 3 blizzards and two ice cream cones covered in chocolate. The blizzards were soupy and the ice-cream cone was sloppy and the cone was cracked.Check your items before you purchase.

Slow service & overpriced. Utensils, cups, etc. are on counter between customer and cashier exchanging money & talking over them – not exactly hygienic. Facility is in need of a deep clean & some modern updates. My medium blizzard came out as shown – a good inch below the top, poorly mixed & full of air pockets. Disappointed & will drive to Rochester for future DQ trips.

I keep hoping giving this place another chance will show some change but that hasn’t happened! Last time we went through the drive thru and they gave us our ice cream before we waited 15 minutes for two chicken tender baskets. It was obviously very melted. Today we went inside instead and it was FILTHY. All of the tables were dirty and the pop/condiment counter was awful. The bathroom was a whole other story, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. So disgusting. We won’t be back.
