Not clean, employees can’t remember what they make. Shouldn’t need to sniff it right after you make it. Disgusting. The manager on duty was mean. And was totally rude. She walked right by us when we were trying to talk to her. I dont care how busy you are, there is no need for disrespect like this. This was the worst experience so far. Never been disrespected here until this time. We also left. Didn’t even get to order.

Food was phenomenal! Front service was friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place! Atmosphere us quiet, we were the only ones there right at 11am. It was nice.

I love dairy queen and most of the time they deliver when it comes to quality, but not tonight. I got my usual chicken strip basket with 2 sides of ranch. I get home, ready to dig in and I noticed one of the ranch had a black spot on the top and unfortunately I think it’s mold and it had an extremely odd consistency I’m very disappointed that someone probably looked at this ranch cup and still decided that it was okay to serve. Don’t think I’ll return to this location.

Just stopped in for a Valentine’s Day treat! Quick service by friendly staff, as always. (We stop there frequently.) Our Blizzards were yummy. The place was clean & tidy! Of course, we’ll return!

UPDATE. Finally was contacted by Dq Told me to go to some website of theirs to solve the issue. Was a absolute joke. There was no way for me to get anything resolved. I answered their email to contact me…No response. Enjoy the $15 you stole from us.

I went here the other day, it was an hour to close but staff was amazing. They forgot a few things but quickly fixed the situation once I brought it up. I actually wish I would’ve had enough for a tip since the employees were having a stressful night (probably even more so with my order lol!) But either way, amazing staff. Super helpful, super understanding. I definitely will be going here more often now.
