The lady working the drive through legit dropped my food out of the window onto the snow and tried to still give it to me. Other times I’ve gone up to the drive through while it was open and nobody answered so we had to drive up the window to order. And then they messed up and it took them 15 minutes to fix the order. This place really needs to hire someone old enough to care about their job instead of standing around talking.

Me and a Co worker went and saw a girl grab the topping with her bare hands.. also me and my friend’s blizzards were melting when we got them. She didn’t tip them over thank god. Horrible customer service. The food is decent but takes awhile.

Sat in the drive through today for 10 minutes with no service decided to pull ahead to the window & 2 cashiers talking with a boy their age -would not acknowledge me or the line of cars behind me. I took my business to McDonalds! Usually happy to visit DQ but very poor customer service today. These young employees need to realize their job IS customer service.

It is right on the main street/highway, easy access to driveb through. who doesn’t love Dairy Queen? my oreo Blizzard could have used more oreos, both the help wanted sign was out, and Spring hadn’t even officially started, So I assume they are going to be a stellar Dairy Queen!

This has got to be one of the worst Dairy Queen’s for Blizzards. Especially for the limited Summer Berry Cheesecake blizzard. Every other Dairy Queen that I have ordered this blizzard at the blizzard has always been a purpleish berry like color when I received it and you knew you were enjoying a BERRY blizzard and it was very good. However at this Dairy Queen, it is always white in color and just has the taste of their regular vanilla ice cream and you might, get a berry every once in awhile. But no berry color or flavor ( unless you actually get a berry ) to the ice cream whatsoever. Very disappointing and I will probably no longer go here for blizzards.

WOW, this is an exceptional DQ. I have been coming to this location for years and have experienced the BEST customer service and the food is top of the line. I would highly recommend this DQ, shoutout to Josh (the owner) for running such a great facility.

Ordered a banana split without chocolate and extra pineapple & strawberries. There was no whipcream, the banana was cut in half and thrown on top. The pineapple was rancid and the strawberries were extremely soggy. This DQ has been going downhill and seems to only be getting worse.

I live in the Twin Cities but often drive through Ellsworth. Today (8/13/2015) I decided to stop at the Ellsworth DQ. I ordered a chocolate dipped waffle cone with the chocolate/vanilla twisted soft serve. The server, a young woman with brown eyes, glasses (wire rims, I think), and brown hair pulled off her face, grabbed a waffle cone. I thought she had grabbed it with her bare hand–no paper or plastic sleeve over the cone–but as she was filling the cone, I couldn’t see. If she had grabbed it barehanded, I found that rather disgusting as right before I ordered, she had handled money while waiting on another customer. Well, she came back with my cone and THEN put a plastic sleeve on the cone. I took the cone and went into the dining room as I had planned to eat the cone while reading my book. I was so bothered, however, by the fact that her bare hands had touched the cone that I could only lick part of the soft serve off the top.
