We did drive thru on a hot weekend. The lady who took our order had an attitude & none of our shakes were labeled, so that got messed up & people got the wrong desserts in our car. We’re still glad this business is there for fun food.

Don’t even bother going if you plan to use your card. Their pos and card machines have never worked for mine and the numbers have always needed to be punched in and even more so it straight up won’t even recognize my card now. I had to miss lunch because their technology is so outdated and does not work, so it’s safe to say I can never risk going back here again.

Absolutely horrible. after walking to the door and it being locked 15 minutes early i gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to the drive through. i was waiting for over 5 minutes in the drive through with no service so i beeped my horn quickly to see if anyone was going to take my order. they came on the mic saying “do not honk the horn in my ear”. appalled, i proceeded to order a blizzard. when i said what i wanted they responded in a really rude and condescending tone with” if you could read you would know we don’t have the ingredients for that” referring to what i assume was written on the piece of paper that is folded over and non readable on the microphone. at this point i was fed up and i said “you are being very rude right now and i’m not going to order” as a drove away i heard him say “good” and when i passed the window they pointed at me and were clearly saying so thing that i could not understand. i can understand that is the end of the night and people want to go home, but this is no way to treat a customer. i will never be going here again and i will make sure any one i know does the same. shame on you, do better

WHAT. A. JOKE. This is a COOKED FLY sitting on the VERY TOP of my basket. Lobby was closed, called the store, got an answering machine, called again, and the line was “busy”. Had to go back through the drive thru, ask for a manager, and was then treated TERRIBLY by the manager. We weren’t given a receipt, so the manager tried to get us to drive away, until we told the manager the order was less than 5 minutes ago, and that he could’ve looked it up on the computer. I cannot, can NOT believe how awful this service was. DO. NOT. VISIT. THIS. LOCATION. EVER. Corporate complaint filed as well. A cooked bug folks. Pathetic

This Dairy Queen is trash, I ordered a cake online because the website said they were able to take cake orders and I ordered it a week ahead of my pickup date. I walk in at that date and time and a random guy from the back tells me they don’t have it because they have not been taking cake orders at all. I got an email conformation for my ordered ans received no notification that I would not be able to order a cake and the plans I had were ruined. this dairy queen needs to work on its management badly.

The food is fine. The fact I find an additional credit card charge to my account is the reason for the low review. 3/27/23, I bought a burger and cheese curds in drive through. $14.53. I’m holding the receipt as I write this.

I usually give fast food places slack, but this was the worst Dairy Queen I ever went to. Person taking my order was rude. Then once we got to the pickup order, they only gave us half our order. Then said “Did we get something”. I repeated to the girl 5 times of what we were missing. Then she gave us one of the items, and we were still missing food. Then she gave us the rest. But when we got home, we missed a fry. When we told the employees everyone was arguing eith one another in a way of themselves being right. Mine as well close the place down because they “Don’t know what they’re doing”.

I came to order ice cream for my kids. 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cup. The lady that tried to help me was sweet, but quickly got yelled at for “using the managers drawer” and had to void out my sale and move to another drawer where she was told, not quietly at all, that she better hurry up because another worker had an order to go in. Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Drive down the street in either direction for a store with better service.

VERY RUDE. Never heard of a Dairy Queen that doesn’t use rewards. Couldn’t explain why they don’t use rewards. With the rude encounter we had we ended up not getting what we wanted, instead supported another business that is way more friendly. Will never go back.
